The bidder should have a minimum of 1 year of experience to be eligible. The marks assigned for experience are as follows: - 100 marks for more than 8 years of experience, - 80 marks for 5-8 years, - 60 marks for 2-5 years, - 40 marks for 1-2 years. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed one similar single service contract for a minimum of 35% of the advertised value of the bid. The scoring method for previous work done is as follows: - 100 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for: 1 project > 80% of the advertised value of the bid, 2 projects > 50% of the advertised value of the bid, 3 or more projects > 40% of the advertised value of the bid. - 50 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for: 1 project > 50% of the advertised value of the bid, 2 projects > 40% of the advertised value of the bid. - 20 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for: 1 project > 40% of the advertised value of the bid. No marks will be given if all projects have less than 40% of the value completed.
