The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing certain works within the last 07 years. The specific requirements are as follows: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Given the advertised value of the tender is Rs.7,33,53,623.33, the required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works with a value of at least 30% of Rs.7,33,53,623.33 (i.e., Rs.2,20,06,087.00), - Two similar works with a value of at least 40% of Rs.7,33,53,623.33 (i.e., Rs.2,93,34,149.33), - One similar work with a value of at least 60% of Rs.7,33,53,623.33 (i.e., Rs.4,40,01,674.00). For composite works, similar requirements apply, with the percentages (30%, 40%, 60%) being relative to the advertised value of each component of the tender. A work is considered substantially completed if payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor. The value of the final bill, including the PVC amount, is considered as the completion cost of work for completed works, and the total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount, is considered for substantially completed works. The bidder's experience as a subcontractor can also be considered if the work experience certificate has been issued by a government organization or a public listed company. For newly formed partnership firms, the credentials of individual partners from previous entities can be considered to the extent of their share in the previous entity and their share in the newly formed partnership firm. In case of subcontractors, they must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted in the last 5 years, unless the work to be subletted costs up to Rs 50 lakh, in which case no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
