The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to the "Similar Nature of work" for technical eligibility criteria, specifically "Execution of tunneling/micro tunneling work with minimum 1.20 mtr diameter/width." The bidder should have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. The percentage of similar work completed is 35%. The completed/paid value of similar work should be clearly mentioned in the certificate and supporting documents. The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In the case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Mentioned values include: - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted - Rs 50 lakh for subletting of work - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 1.20 mtr diameter/width for tunneling/micro tunneling work.
