The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. More than 8 years of experience for 100 marks, 2. 5-8 years of experience for 80 marks, 3. 2-5 years of experience for 60 marks, 4. 1-2 years of experience for 40 marks. Firms having less than 1 year of experience are not eligible. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with the following requirements: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year up to the date of opening of the tender, one similar single service contract for a minimum of 35% of advertised value of the bid. For scoring, the bidder's previous work is evaluated as follows: - 100 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for: 1 project > 80% of the advertised bid value (34,942,180), 2 projects > 50% of the advertised bid value, 3 or more projects > 40% of the advertised bid value. - 50 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for: 1 project > 50% of the advertised bid value, 2 projects > 40% of the advertised bid value. - 20 marks if the bidder has completed or received payment for: 1 project > 40% of the advertised bid value. No marks will be given if all projects are less than 40% of the advertised bid value completed. The estimated bid value is 34,942,180. The bidder's turnover in the last three and current financial year should be more than 1.5 times the value of the work.
