Excavation of trenches including clearing of roots of trees etc., in rocky area up to a depth to be indicated by Railway Engineer at site as per the site condition [Minimum 0.6 meter] and width 0.3 Mts. at the 4 bottom. This includes concreting & plastering as per the instructions of site Engineer and complete back filling by digging earth from a lead of 30 Mtr. In case 0.8 meter depth or higher is achieved no concreting is required, otherwise concreting up to 100 mm thickness should be done. All materials required for the above works shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Excavation of trenches in all kinds of soils including soft rocky area and clearing of track etc. to a depth of 1.0 M and width of 0.3 M for track crossing /pucca road/level crossing gate/platform/station circulating area or any other place as advised by site Engineer including transportation and laying of DWC/RCC/Split 5 RCC/G.I. pipes with or without coupler. This includes repairing of track/pucca road/level crossing gate/ platform/station circulating area surface to original position by ramming and concreting wherever required soon after the work is over. DWC/RCC/GI pipes shall be supplied by the Railway. DWC pipes wherever required shall be supplied in 6 Mtr. length and shall be cut to size as per requirement. All other materials including cement are to be supplied by the contractor.

Cutting of masonary floor/walls at station building/ signal goomty/ Gate lodge at a depth of 0.5 mtr. 6 to 1.0 mtr a t places to be indicated by site Engineer for entering of cables inside the building. Only G.I pipes supplied by Railway and all materials as clamps, bolts & nuts as instructed by site Engineer supplied by tenderer. This includes repairing of masonary floors/walls after the cables are taken inside. Cement, Sand required for the work shall be supplied by the tenderer and also transportation of G.I Pipe from Store by the tenderer.

Massonary chase cutting 3/2" X 3/2" at work site plastering of PVC pipe in the chase, drawl of 2/5/10/20/50 pair switch board cable through it, covering and plastering the chase with contractor's cement. All materials required for the work are to be supplied by the contractor.

Trenching and fixing of G.I. pipes of different sizes/DWC pipes in hard rocky area up to a depth of 0.3 M to 0.6 M or at places as per instruction of site Engineer and concreting [1 : 3 : 6] up to height of 100 mm above the pipes. G.I. pipes with the socket/ DWC pipes shall be supplied by the Railway. All other materials 8 required for the works shall be supplied by the contractor. Note: [1] In case of girder bridges, G.I. pipes shall be suitably clamped by the contractor as advised by the site Engineer. Clamps shall be supplied by the contractor. [2] The work including excavation of trenches in hard rock area up to a depth of 0.3 M to 0.6 M and back filling, ramming after completion of work where ever required. [3] In case of concrete bridges clearing of ballast for laying of pipes and re arranging the Railway ballast after completion of work shall be done by the contractor.

Transportation, excavation of pit, casting of foundation, plastering and erection of Steel Apparatus case (full size) with fixing of E-Type lock, wiring, cable entry, termination clamping, filling cable pit with sand, painting and lettering etc., as per Drg.No. S&T/CON/SK/16. This includes earth work and/or masonry work required for securing the apparatus case as per site condition. Railway will supply apparatus case with 'E' type lock only from Railway stores at. Tenderer will supply all wiring materials, PBT Terminals, fuses, fuse blocks, bus 9 bars, hylum sheet ISI mark [6mm thickness], wood plank board of good quality [minimum 3/4" thick, Cement and transport all the materials to site of work at his own cost. The wiring materials such as wire coils, PBT terminals, fuses, fuse block, etc. should be used from RDSO approved sources. 1) Modifiaction of inside arrangement of Apparatus cases if required for fixing of relays/transformers etc. shall be done by the contractor. Extra shelf, if any, shall be deposited to the Railway stores by the contractor. 2) All cables shall be terminated by providing copper eyelet of suitable size. Note:-(i) If location box foundation is available at site 20% of the cost is to be deducted.(ii) 40% payment shall be released after erection of location boxes.

Transportation, excavation of pit, casting of foundation, plastering and erection of Steel Apparatus case (Half size) with fixing of E-Type lock, wiring, cable entry, termination clamping, filling cable pit with sand, painting and lettering etc., as per Drg.No. S&T/Con/BBS/92/90. This includes earth work and/or masonry work required for securing the apparatus case as per site condition. Railway will supply apparatus case with 'E' type lock only. Tenderer shall supply all wiring materials, PBT Terminals, fuses, fuse blocks, bus bars, hylum sheet ISI 10 mark [6mm thickness], wood plank board of good quality [minimum 3/4" thick, cement and any other materials that are required for the work at his own cost. Contractor has to transport all the materials from store at his own cost to the work site. The wiring materials such as wire coils, PBT terminals, fuses, fuse block, etc. should be used from RDSO approved sources. 1) Modifiaction of inside arrangement of Apparatus cases if required for fixing of relays/transformers etc. shall be done by the contractor. Extra shelf, if any, shall be deposited to the Railway stores by the contractor. 2) All cables shall be terminated by providing copper eyelet of suitable size. Alteration of wiring in existing apparatus cases full/half. This includes supply of all materials in 11 connection with alteration in wiring. All the materials shall be supplied by the contractor at his own cost. This includes entry of cables, sand filling and masonry work involved. Lettering and painting to be done by the contractor at his own cost. Railway shall supply only relays and relay bases.

Concreting (Mix 1:2:4) 200 mm x 200 mm on G.I. Pipes on bridges/ culverts or any other location 12 as specified by the Rly. supervisor. All materials including cement required for the above works are to be supplied by the tenderer.

Excavation of trench of size 15cm X 30cm on platform with cutting machine and laying of cables through CPVC/G.I. pipe of required size at site duly removing the existing platform surface such as shabad stone, granite etc., without damaging.The surface of the platform to be restored to its original shape after completion of 1 work. In case of platform surface stones are damaged, the contractor has to arrange to for the stones/tiles of similar type at his own cost.During digging, all precautions to be takento avoid in convenience to the travelling public.The work is to be carriedout preferably when the platform is free from occupancy protection barricading arrangement has to be done on platform till the work is completed. All materials including CPVC/GI pipe has to be arranged by the contractor as per the site condition.

Laying and drawing of Data communication cable through 25 mm PVC conduit pipe. As per instruction of site Incharge.

Fixing of PVC conduit pipes firmly with wall and ceiling sealing with PVC saddles at regular interval of 50 cm.

Excavation of pit, execution of jointing of Telecom cable by using Thermo shrink cable jointing kits 5 for straight through derivation joints and covering of cable jointing kits with excavated soils and ramming. Jointing kit shall be supplied by the Railway. All other materials required for execution of work shall be supplied by the contractor.

Supply of High Power, Electronic Cable Route Tracer/ Pipe and Cable locating kit with 36 user configurable Active multi frequency options including 200Hz, 512Hz, 797Hz, 815Hz, 8kHz, 33kHz, 65kHz, 82kHz, 200kHz upto 476.2kHz, passive detection @ 50Hz for power cables, Radio Mode for locating metallic utilities 1 whether energised or not, Current measurement, LCD Display with left-right arrow function , Modes: peak, peak with arrow, pin point peak and null modes, Compass function; Depth measurement. Supply includes locating receiver, Transmitter (Max power : 12Watt) with Li-ion Rechargeable Batteries for both Transmitter & Receiver, Battery charger, Induction Signal Clamp 4'', supplied in a carry bag. Similar to 3M-Dynate/Radio detection/Stanlay Pathfinder LOC10. Inspection by RITES.

Supply of Screened cable 2 core with PVC pipe (Thickness 2mm, dia 25mm). Inspection by the Representative of Railway.

Supply of double walled corrugated pipe 6 mtr in length, 120 mm outer dia and 103 mm inner dia, 3 with one suitable coupler conforming to RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/204/2011 Version 1.1 Amdt 1 or latest for underground cable protection . Colour-Orange. Inspection by the Representative of Railway. Note: If required, the DWC pipe shall be supplied split in two halves.

Supply of Perforated G.I. pipe of 100 mm dia with socket. G.I. pipe of make TATA/JINDAL shall be as per IS: 1239 part-I/2004 Specification for medium gauge and shall be perforated by drilling 7 mm dia holes length wise in zig-zag manner staggered at a distance of 300 mm. Inspection by RITES.

Supply of Steel Apparatus case 'large Size' as per Drg. No - CON/SK/1/1/86 and Spec.No. IRS:S- 10/78 (adv) with latest amnd. with "E" type lock and key of ward No-32 with handle. Inspection by RITES.

Supply of Steel Apparatus case 'Half Size' as per Drg.No.S&T/CON/BBS/92/90 with 'E' type lock & Key. Ward No. 32. Inspection by the Representative of Railway.

Supply of 5 pair colour coded and PVC insulated twin twisted overall and pair shielded data communication cable (7 strands of min 0.3 mm dia). Generally confirming to DIN VDE 0815 except for colour code of cable pair which shall be as per DIN BDE 0816 or latest. Inspection by the Representative of Railway.

Supply of PVC insulated flexible 3 core X 2.5 sq mm multi strand power cable as per Spec No. IS 694:1990 reaffirmed 1995 or latest Inspection by the Representative of Railway.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Maintenance free and permanent earth as per RDSO Specification No. RDSO/SPN/197 Version 1.0 and Technical Specification as per section H, Chapter 8. Inspection by RDSO.

Supply, Transportation and Installation of earth electrode (make TATA or Jindal as per Rly. practice) including MS flat for signalling equipments on lever frame, apparatus cases, signal, relay racks, cable termination rcak, block instrument etc. (supply & installation of earth electrode as per drawing no. RE/S&T/DRG/Tender/SK/398/94 for apparatus cases, signal post & other equipments as per instruction on 2 earthing of S&T equipment. Laying of earth lead mild steel flat of size 35mmx6mm and fixing of lead MS flat (make TATA/Jindal or Similar) to earth electrode and lever frame, signal post & apparatus cases as per Drg. No. CORE/S&T/ALD/SK/591/2008, 592/2008 and 593/2008 respectively and instructions on earthing at S&T equipment and providing cement enclosure for earth electrode as per drawing no. RE/S&T/Sig./Tender/SK/13/85 Alt. A) NOTE: This includes testing of earth value and indicating the same on the Earth enclosure by paint. For supply portion Inspection by Representative of Railway.

Supply, Installation and Commissioning of 5 KVA Online UPS with Two Hours back up as per Technical Specification in Annexure-II. Inspection by Representative of Railway.
