East Coast Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed specific categories of work(s) during the last 07 years. These categories include: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, (iii) One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subcontracted, through a works contract in the last 5 years. The bidder needs to submit details of works completed during the previous three financial years and the current year. The average annual contractual turnover is calculated based on the total contractual payments in the previous three financial years, and it should be equal to or more than the advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees divided by the number of years prescribed for completion of work. The subcontractor should have an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years, excluding the current financial year. The total value of work to be assigned to the subcontractor should not be more than 50% of the total contract value.
