The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works in specific areas, with the following value and percentage requirements: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works each of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated costs for the mentioned works are: - FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, DOWN COMER SYSTEM & FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: Rs.20.14 Lacs - STP: Rs.20.14 Lacs - SOLAR POWER GENERATION SYSTEM: Rs. 21.37 Lacs Additionally, the similar works should have been successfully completed during the last seven years ending up to the previous day of the last date of submission of the tender. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the last date of submission of the tender.
