The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than Rs. 21.10 Crores - Two similar works each costing not less than Rs. 31.60 Crores - One similar work costing not less than Rs. 42.14 Crores. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder must secure at least 50% marks in the experience section and 60% marks in aggregate to be eligible for shortlisting. The experience is evaluated based on the following criteria: 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and marks are awarded on a pro-rata basis for experience between the minimum and twice the minimum eligibility criteria. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar class of work, with an Average Annual Financial Turnover of Rs. 15.80 Crores on construction works during the last three years. The Net Worth of the company should not have eroded by more than 30% in the last three years. The bidding capacity is calculated using a formula that takes into account the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year, the number of years prescribed for completion of work, and the value of existing commitments and ongoing works. The value of A is the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last seven years, taking into account completed and ongoing works, with the value of completed works enhanced at a simple rate of 7% per annum. A "Similar Work" is defined as the construction of or completing balance construction work of RCC/Composite framed structure building, including civil and electrical services, and Development work of 20 acres, all executed under one agreement. The cost of work is considered as the gross value of the completed work, including the cost of materials supplied by the Government/Client, but excluding those supplied free of cost.
