TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM : LUMPSUM TURNKEY BASIS

Design, Detail Engineering, Manufacturing, Testing, Inspection, FAT, Supply, Delivery and Supervision of Installation, SAT, Testing, Training, Integration, Trial Run & Commissioning of the ‘Telecommunication System and Ancillaries’ complete the job in all respect as per EIL’s Technical Specification / Standards (B302-000-16-51-SP90), Data Sheets, ITP, MR (No. IT-3921A-TE-RFQ-0001-00-D2) and other documents enclosed in ‘Annexure – C’ of NIT :- Telecommunication System shall comprise of CCTV System along with Cameras, IP-PBX System with Telephones, Wireless TETRA System, Video Conferencing System & Access Control System (ACS) as per requirements & specifications of this Package. Telecommunication System shall be read in conjunction with Standard Specification No B302-000-16-51-SP- 90 and Scope of Work & Supply–Telecommunication System No. B302-000-16-51-SOW-2470 and MR No. IT-3P21A-TE-RFQ-0001-00, enclosed with Tender documents. FAT of CCTV System, Video Conferencing System, IP-PBX System and Access Control System shall be conducted by the bidder on his own and test results including internal factory test reports shall be sent for approval. Note : Rate shall be quoted in Lumpsum Turnkey basis. Quantity of the items given below are indicative / tentative only and it may vary based on detail engineering of the Package. Bidder shall consider the actual requirement of materials to complete the package in all respect while quoting their Prices. Extra item / Extra qty. (if any) required for this package shall be deemed as included in lumpsum prices quoted herein.
