Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - One single order not less than 352 Lakh - Two orders not less than 22 Lakh each - Three orders not less than 176 Lakh each 2. Past Performance: - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 40% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - 40% Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: 1. Certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant 2. Certified Audited Balance Sheets 3. OEM Authorization Certificate 4. Certificate regarding the percentage of local content from the OEM 5. Declaration relating to percentage of local content certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor (if bid value is more than Rs 10 Crore) 6. Udyam Registration for MSEs 7. PNGRB Empanelment Certificate (if applicable) 8. MSME certificate (if applicable) Other values and percentages mentioned for eligibility requirements are: - 25% of bid quantity for option clause - 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively.
