The required prior work experience for the bidder is evaluated based on specific construction experience. For a work executed on a Joint Venture (JV) basis, the evaluation is based on the bidder's role and scope of work in such joint ventures. The bidder should have designed, supplied, erected, and commissioned Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) based grid-connected power plant(s) of cumulative installed capacity of 400 kWp or higher, out of which at least one plant should have been of 40 kWp or more. Alternatively, the bidder should be a developer of Solar Photo Voltaic (SPV) based grid-connected power plant(s) of cumulative installed capacity of 400 kWp or higher, out of which at least one plant should have been of 40 kWp or more. Another option is that the bidder should have executed in the last ten years either as a developer or as an EPC Contractor in the process industry or in infrastructure development of a single work having a minimum value of Rs. 4.0 Crores. The bidder should also have executed at least one Electrical Sub-station of 11 kV or above voltage level. The value of work experience in INR is enhanced on a pro-rata basis by a 7% simple rate per annum up to the date of bid opening from the completion date mentioned in the completion certificate. Capacity below 10kWp at a single installation is not considered in cumulative capacity. In terms of financial criteria, the bidder should have an average annual turnover of not less than Rs. 5.09 crores in the preceding 3 years, and a positive "Net Worth" in at least 2 financial years out of the last 3 financial years. The working capital should be Rs. 2.83 crores. However, specific details on the percentage of similar works completed are not mentioned. But for joint ventures, if the participation/profit sharing percentage is at least 35%, full credit of the work executed by the JV/consortium is given to the bidder. If the participation/profit sharing percentage is less than 35%, credit of work executed under the JV is given to the bidder on a pro-rata basis.
