The bidder should have satisfactorily completed similar works during the last five years, with at least 90% of the contract value completed. The similar works include experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of road, such as State Highway or National Highway, with similar or higher work specifications of at least 20% of the value of the proposed contract. The bidder must also furnish scanned copies of documents defining the total monetary value of civil engineering construction works performed for each of the last five years, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant along with a UDIN. The percentage of completion of the contract should be at least 90%, and the value of similar works completed should be at least 20% of the value of the proposed contract.
