The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least 90% of the contract value of similar works as a prime contractor or nominated subcontractor during the last five years. They should have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of road, such as a State Highway or National Highway, with similar or higher work specifications of at least 25% of the value of the proposed contract within the last five years. The bidder must demonstrate evidence of availability of key equipment and personnel with qualification and experience, including a Project Manager and a Site Engineer. The Project Manager should have a B.E. in Civil Engineering and 5 years of experience, with 5 years of experience on highway or structural constructions/maintenance work. The Site Engineer should have a B.E. in Civil Engineering and 3 years of experience, with 2 years of experience on structure constructions/maintenance work. The bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover, with an escalation factor for the cost of works completed during the last 5 years, as follows: - 2023-24: 1.00 - 2022-23: 1.05 - 2021-22: 1.10 - 2020-21: 1.15 - 2019-20: 1.20 The bidder must provide information on the total value of Civil Engineering construction work performed in the last five years and upload biographical data for technical personnel, including detailed signed and scanned CVs of the Key Technical Personnel. The bidder should also provide a scanned copy of the experience certificate in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years.
