The important information given under the technical capacity header which is specifically related to prior work experience is as follows: To qualify for award of the contract, each bidder should have satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor for similar works during last five years, either of the following: i. Three similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 115.19 lakhs each. ii. Two similar completed works costing not less than amount equal to Rs.161.26 lakhs each. iii. One similar completed work costing not less than amount equal to Rs. 230.38 lakhs (The similar work constitutes construction/maintenance of Single/Two/Four/Six Lane highway). The work should be completed with not less than 90% of contract value. Additionally, the Average Annual Turn-over during last 3 years is Rs. 460.75 lakh. Also, the bidder should have completed similar works of a specified value during the last five years, with a minimum completion percentage of 90% of the contract value. The bidder should provide information on existing commitments and ongoing works, including the description of work, place and state, contract number, name and address of the employer, value of the contract, stipulated period of completion, and value of works remaining to be completed. The bidder should also provide details of works for which bids have been submitted and accepted, including the description of works, place and state, name and address of the employer, date of issue of the letter of acceptance, value given in the letter of acceptance, and stipulated period for completion. The bid capacity is calculated based on the average annual turnover of the bidder, which is the total value of works executed in the last three years divided by three, multiplied by two and a half.
