dismantling /Cutting including taking down the existing worn out MS plate top cover of pressed steel tank complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS plain sheet 3.15mm thick with lap joint on roof of PS tank with nuts bolts & washers, welding as required, drilling holes, bending cold or hot, including applying two coats of black bituminous lead free paint (Suitable for drinking water) on inner surface and two coats of Synthetic enamel paint on outer surface over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.(necessary New nuts, bolts, washers will be measured & paid separately)

Refixing only serviceable plain sheet 3.15 mm thick in top cover as obtained from item No. 05 after cleaning/brushing of foreign dust particle plates of PS overhead tank , fixed with necessary nuts, bolts, washers & provision of necessary rubber gasket etc over and including applying one coats of black bituminous lead free paint (Suitable for drinking water) on inner surface and one coats of Synthetic enamel paint on outer surface after preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Necessary New nuts, bolts, washers will be measured & paid separately)

Dismantling /Cutting Taking down the existing serviceable/unserviceable Joist, Channel, angle or Tee section from pressed steel tank at the height of 2.5/4 metres high staging complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS Joist, channel, angle or tee section of grade Fe-410-S cut to required size & shape for bracings, supports & clamps including welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes and painting with one coat of red oxide primer to each side complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-fixing of old serviceable mild steel framed work as ladder, cleats as obtained from item No. 7 & and similar work in water tank including applying one coats of black bituminous lead free paint (Suitable for drinking water) over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work those are carried out internal side of PS tank & applying one coats of Synthetic Enamelled paint those are carried out outer side of Tanks after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel Screw Bolts of size 16-20 mm (Machine Made) with Hexa-gonal or Square Heads at One End and Screwed the Other or Screwed Both Ends each Screwed End to be fitted with Washers and One Hexagonal or Square Nut, diameter of Shank and Length of Bolt as ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable Mild Steel Nut & Bolts (Machine Made) with washer as obtained from item 01 above of size 12-16 mm dia after repair/ cleaning properly with Hexa-gonal or Square Heads those are found serviceable from item no 1 above complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of overhead pressed mild steel tank located at various places inside the cantt Area of capacity 10000 Gallon using following stages cleaning process including arrangement of necessary T&P, labour and Chemicals mechanize etc before starting process of cleaning including writing date of cleaning using black/white paint complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Mechanized Dewatering (b) Sludge Removal (c) High Pressure Cleaning (d) Vacuum cleaning (e) Antibacterial spray Note: For item No 12 to 15 (i) All safety measures to be taken into consideration for execution of work. (ii) Cleaning of tank to be carried out in accordance with the schedule, publilshed for the purpose of cleaning of tank. (iii) All cleaning material, tools shall be provided by the contractor. (iv). Refilling of water shall be done by department. (v) Rate deemed to include to provide safety belt / ladder etc as required at site. (vi). The labour engaged by the contractor shall be provided by the insurance coverage . (vii). Cleaning the surrounding area of OHT/UG/ to the radius minimum 3 m. (viii). The rate quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all the provision for Videography of cleaning above under ground/over head reservoir/UG well being cleaned by the contractor should be provided.

All as per item No 12 here-in-before but for Semi-UG Sumps of capacity 10000 Gallon complete all as specified and directed. Note: for item No 12 to 15, Minor repairs work like cracks patch plaster deemed to be included in quoted rate.

All as item No. 12 here-in-above but for UG sump of capacity 50000 GLN capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

All as item No. 13 here-in-above but for UG sump of capacity 250000 GLN capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted out side surface of pressed steel tank, staging over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.
