Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick ( Below or above ground) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate)as in floors to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular )area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile and screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured Non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40sqcm and over in section as in unframed work in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, in scantlings, clean sawn timber as complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick granite work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platform and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement morter 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cutting, bending cranking, hooking end and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC type 1:1.5:3, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Reinforement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.)

Use and waste formwork to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness including cover fillets.

S&F for 4mm thick, veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 ( with BWR resin),decorative face on one side, fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 4mm thick, plywood, grade BWR,type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement Design Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F, sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortat to dwarf wall or including fixing cantiliver brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 914 mm x 460 mm x 203mmbowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 203 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, 20mm bore pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan heads chromium plated screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'HOT' or 'COLD' with long screwed shanks and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wood and wood based surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and treating two coat of varnishing over one coat of wood filler liquid transparent complete as specified and as directed.
