M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces by washing ,rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on walls including (i) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (ii) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (iii) Work in patches and narrow widths, bands, cornices, plasteres etc and cutting in edges to line where necessary. (iv) Spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (v) Removing and replacing furniture, moveable cupboard, chicks, blinds etc. (vi) Cleaning of bush, shrubs, vegetation, grass, weed, saplings etc. (vii) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings,wiring etc., of drops and splashes and leaving premise, clean and tidy etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparation of plasterded or un plastered old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash including (i) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (ii) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (iii) Work in patches and narrow widths, bands, cornices, plasteres etc and cutting in edges to line where necessary. (iv) Spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (v) Removing and replacing furniture, moveable cupboard, chicks, blinds etc. (vi) Cleaning of bush, shrubs, vegetation, grass, weed, saplings etc. (vii) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings,wiring etc., of drops and splashes and leaving premise, clean and tidy etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projection including facia,cormices etc by scrapping with mechancial sander (having mechincal vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of approprite grit to make surface clean,free from dust,loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty@ 1Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr of average thickness 1mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scraping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500,sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc.by skilled labour as per following steps: Step1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacture instruction and mix it with putty mixer the mixing capacity of min 2.5 Kg putty per minute. Step2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minuts with a maximumpressure 3300 PSI.Allow6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Step 3(a) The work pertaining to periodical services&water proffing shall be executed from authrized application through manufacture of which the materials i.e. Paint,distemper,putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrisin Engineer. (b) Cost of scafolding upto 10mm hight of bulding is including in this item. (c) Masking of window/doors during spary painting using polythine film will be included. (d) cleaning and clearing site of paint masts etc.included.

M&L for one coat acrylic water based exterior grade primer@0.9ltr (undiluted)/10sq mtr diluted with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint applaction with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete as as specified as directed.(Note (a) The work pertaining to periodical services&water proffing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacture of which the materials i.e Paint,Distemper,Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrision Engineer. (b) Cost of scafolding upto 10mm hight of bulding is enclosed in this item. (c) (Make: Asian,BERGER AND DULEX)

M&L for two coat water based premum acrylic smooth exteriror emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive&colour stay Technology,Excellent Drit Pick up resistence with low VOC less than 50 gram/ltrs as per LEEDS specification.Anti algal properties in two coats@1.79 ltr (unditluted)/10 sqm diluted with water as per automatic airless spray machine of paint applaction with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete as as specified as directed.(Note (a) The work pertaining to periodical services&water proffing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacture of which the materials i.e Paint,Distemper,Puuty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrision Engineer. M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No. 11.00 (here-in-before) but applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including complete removal of existing treatment.

M&L for writing letter of figures (block , Raman, italic or indian) n exc 30 Nos cm high with thick synthetic paint with out bursh marks, if necessary repainted until the desired result is obtained etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster any thickness any description on brick or stone walls, partitions, ceilings etc incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including cleaning of bush, shrubs, vegetation, grass,weed,saplings etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un plastered surface of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of cement base paint etc complete all as specified and as directed
