M&L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 4 sqmm, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dia non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 4 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. (Note: 3 run of 4 Sqmm cable along with conduit all together shall be measured as one unit.)

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type, digital display & designed for input variation between 110 V to 280 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and suitable for AC of capacity 1.5 TR, Complete all as specified and directed. S & F single pole & neutral DBs 4 Ways, double door, protection class IP-43 suitable for mounting MCB, DBs conforming to IS-13032, IS-8623, BS-5484 with min 100 Amp rating copper bus bar complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Legrand Cat No 5076 10 or equivalent model in Siemens / Schneider/L&T

S&F MCBs, DP 40 to 63 Amps, 10 KA, 'C' curve IS/IEC 60898-1 2002 marked fixing in DBs complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Legrand Model 4086 37 to 39 or equivalent model in Siemens / Schneider/L&T

S&F MCBs, SP 6 to 32 Amps, 10 KA, 'C' curve IS/IEC 60898-1 2002 marked fixing in DBs complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Legrand Model 4085 90 to 95 orequivalent model in Siemens / Schneider/L&T

S&F PVC pipe for condensing water of size 20 mm dia suitable for AC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in-Charge

M & L copper tubing of 1/4,3/8 with insulating tube for providing insulation to copper tube from outdoor unit to indoor unit of Spilit Type ACs any capacity complete all as specified and as directed.. Note Discharge and suction pipe including insulation measured as one unit.

M & L 4 Core,2.5 Sqmm copper conductor PVC round sheathed (flexible) industrial cable ) with flexible pipe if required etc suitable for Air Conditioning units of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR. Complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia or 8 SWG bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and earth plate electrode at one end and connected to main switch board/ DBs etc. at the other, earth strip encased(protected) in and including 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade with all fittings from top of electrode to main switch board/ DBs etc fixed with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I complete all as specified and directed.
