Cutting the existing copper winding of AC ceiling fan 1400 mm sweep and rewinding the armature (Rotor) with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 metres long size 24/0, 020 (ISI marked) all insulating materials including varnishing, heating and drying complete including satisfactory testing of fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- For Item No 2 to 4 Replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid separately in respective items as supply only.

Supply only ball bearing of size 6201/6202 suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed. Make : NBC/SKF/SBBI

Supply only condenser ISI marked 230/240/250 volts AC 2.5 Mfd suitable for ceiling fan. (Make : Usha/Asian/EPCOS/Universal).

Supply only bush bearing suitable for any type/make of ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only rubber reels including shackle clamp, bolts, nuts, washers split pins of appropriate size as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only down rod 15mm dia GI pipe heavy duty 45 cm long including machining/ threading/drilling hole of size suitable for nuts and bolts washer and split pin suitable for any size and make of fan complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of ceiling/exhaust fan complete with blades ,in situ with synthetic enamel paint Duco by spraying including filling cavities with filler ,ones coat after cleaning all dust etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down exhaust fan of size 200mm to 300mm sweep of any make and transporting from any location to MES E/M store yard, and refixing on same location or other location carefully after repairing, washing by petrol ,greasing, replacement of worn out/defective unserviceable parts (wherever necessary) assembling the same including provision of twisted twin core flexible wire upto 0.7 meters long size 24/0, 020 (ISI marked) and testing the fan on full load to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items .

All as per item serial No 11 here-in-before but exhaust fans 300 mm sweep to 450 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding the armature for 200mm to 300mm sweep exhaust fan any make with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size with and including all insulating materials varnishing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Replacement of defective/ unserviceable parts if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective items .

All as per item serial No 13 here-in-before but exhaust fans 380 mm sweep omplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only ball bearing suitable for exhaust fan 300 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed. Make : NBC/SKF/SBBI

Supply only bush bearing made out Gun metal suitable for any type/make of Exhaust fan.

Taking down wall/cabin fans of any sweep carefully from site & transporting from any location inside Army area to MES E/M store yard for repairing complete all as specified and as directed.

Rewinding the armature for 400/ 450 mm sweep wall / cabin fan any make with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size with and including all insulating materials varnishing complete all as specified and directed.

Re-Metalling the worn out shaft at bush/ ball bearing seat by brazing/ welding and machining for proper fixing of ball bearing/ bush of any size of ceiling fan/ Exhaust fan/ wall fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only bush bearing made out Gun metal suitable for any type/make of Wall/cabin fan 400/450mm Sweep fan.

S&F hook for hanging of ceiling fan size as per site requirement including nut,bolts &clamps including dismantling of old hook complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down unserviceable Geysers of any capacity from its location by disconnecting and sealing all electrical and water lines for painting/maintenance/servicing/overhauling , opening the same for repair/ replacement of unserviceable parts, including cleaning , taking out sludge from inner tank and washing with cleaning solution and reassembling and refixing the same in its original location /position , connecting all electrical and water connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) New parts shall be measured and paid separately under "Supply only" rates here-in-after. (b) Minor Part if any , not mentioned in the schedule but required for smooth functioning of geyser are deemed to be included in the unit rate of the item.

Supply only thermostat switch for 25/50 Ltrs Geyser, 230 V, 30 degree to 90 degree centigrade temp range to be set at 70 degree to 50 degree centi grade suitable for water heater complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only heating element 1500 Watts with round/triangular base, push and clamp fixing type suitable for 25/50 Liters capacity geysers.

Supply only heating element 2000 Watts with round/triangular base, push and clamp fixing type suitable for 25/50 Liters capacity geysers.

Supply only copper container suitable for Geyser 25 liter complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only copper container suitable for Geyser of 50 liter capacity complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only glass wool for insulation of tank as approved.

S&F in replacement of heating elements of 1.5 KW 230 V suitable for water heater of any type including connection with suitable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of heating elements of 2 KW 230 V suitable for water heater of any type including connection with suitable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Lighting conductor of Air terminal , single pointed ,copper rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long including taking of old terminal of any description completed all as specified and as directed.

M & L for test point teminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm ,drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm 25 mm long hexgonal Head screw including taking out old one completed all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Copper strip 25 x 3.15mm to be fix on top of "V" type porcelain insulator or DMC insulator of suitable size and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground including taking out old strip of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with the top edge not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to copper strip 20 X 3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of steel and other end connected to earthing test point including funnel, watering pipe of 40 mm bore, light grade GI pipe, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15 cm, earthing pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, 50 mm thick pre-cast RCC cover slab (1:2:4) type B1 set in CM (1:4), reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c and suitable handle of 10 mm dia MS round bars including earth work in excavation in soft/loose soil, disposal of soil not exc. 50 meter complete and testing on completion all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of MES schedule, part-I including dismantling of old earthing complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES 1). The unit rate include copper strip from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level.
