Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm complete all as specified and directed. Note: This item will be applicable for Item No 13 above.

M&L for Walling of random rubble,uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Volume of PCC Bond stone will be deducted and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bond stone etc , including necessary form work set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses Hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc.40mm on granite or trap stone complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC pipe, 110 mm bore for weep hole of RR Retaining wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc with broken boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Back filling of retaining walls using approved earth obtained from excavation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairs to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring, sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg/10Sqm putting in Bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10sqm blended with 0.09 cum of stone chipping ,6.3mm size and again well rammed ( including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings . depth of potholes exc 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking existing gravelled,macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm, exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and consolidating 50 mm thick premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM Grading-II) using min 4.5% VG 20 grade binder by weight of total mix aggregate gradation as per Grading 2 of Table 500-10 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Applying evenly a tack coat of Bitumen VG-10 grade conforming to IS: 73 at a rate of application of 0.4-0.5 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing and consolidating 40mm thick premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC-II) using 5.4% VG30 binder by weight of total mix aggregate gradation as per Bituminous Concrete Grading 2 of Table 500-17 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing bituminous/concrete surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like exc 10cm and n exc 20 cm in width on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures's instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures's instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cautionary boards/Information Boards / Destination boards, providing and errecting of sign boards of size 1500mm x900mm rectangular with additional plate made out of reflective sheet of metro plastic grade conforming to IRC 67 2010/ASTM D4956 type XI standards, fixed over 3mm thick aluminium composite panels supported with back supports frame 25mm dia stainless steel pipes and supported on a 3.1 Mtr long stainless steel pipes of 50mm dia. The details of each boards shall as per the instructions of Engr-in-Charge. The fixing at site shall be in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) with dimension of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm . The boards shall come with pre and post warranty of 10 years on the reflective parameters in accoradance with IRC from the original sheet Manufacturer alongwith the material safety data sheet.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Convex mirror of dia 900mm dia , rested on suitable pipe of dia 50mm/63mm, made up of acrylic material with MoRTH specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in all kind of soil means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 250 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power road roller including watering as required, filling in hollows and depressions which occur during the process of rolling complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for 250 mm spread thickness soiling(or sub base) with broken boulder or quarried stone, interstices filled, surfaces, formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to10 ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness ) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75 mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparing unsurfaced WMM by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and cleaning the complete surfaces by applying mechanical air blower upto entire satisfaction of engineer in charge and applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 using mechanical sprayer complete as specified and directed.

M & L for Road side berms 100mm thick (spread thick-ness) on sides of road using approved earth obtained from excavation incl spreading, leveling, watering, well ramming with hand roller 0.5 tonne capacity finishing to required size, gradient & camber complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, finished fair and even. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks and any shape and size with grey cement and no pigment conforming to IS: 15658-2006, 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of 300mm dia reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces and applying 3 coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250mm long, 150 to 200mm wide and 150mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, joints 20mm thick; grouted in cement mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up CI/DI for 100 mm dia pipe, water main (including all fittings), with spigot and socketed ends jointed with run lead joints or rubber gasket (push-on) joint including burning out lead of joints and collecting run lead for re-use, cleaning serviceable pipe internally/externally for re-use( after checking serviciability), stacking properly in safe custody in storeyard of AGE E/M and removing unserviceable pipe from site complete all as specified and directed. (Note :-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking up CI/DI for 150 mm dia pipe, water main (including all fittings), with spigot and socketed ends jointed with run lead joints or rubber gasket (push-on) joint including burning out lead of joints and collecting run lead for re-use, cleaning serviceable pipe internally/externally for re-use( after checking serviciability), stacking properly in safe custody in storeyard of AGE E/M and removing unserviceable pipe from site complete all as specified and directed. (Note :-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking up CI/DI for 200 mm dia pipe, water main (including all fittings), with spigot and socketed ends jointed with run lead joints or rubber gasket (push-on) joint including burning out lead of joints and collecting run lead for re-use, cleaning serviceable pipe internally/externally for re-use( after checking serviciability), stacking properly in safe custody in storeyard of AGE E/M and removing unserviceable pipe from site complete all as specified and directed. (Note :-Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Laying and fixing of old serviceable 100 mm dia CI/DI pipe in trenches (obtained from item No. 73 here-in-before),with spigot and socketed ends, jointed with rubber tyton joint /run lead joints for CI pipes and push-on joint with rubbur gasket for DI pipes, complete, all as specified and directed Note : (i) Rubber tyton joint or run lead joints or rubber gasket joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) CI/DI fittings/specials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Laying and fixing of old serviceable 150 mm dia CI/DI pipe in trenches (obtained from item No. 74 here-in-before),with spigot and socketed ends, jointed with rubber tyton joint/run lead joints for CI pipes and push-on joint with rubber gasket for DI pipes, complete, all as specified and directed Note : (i) Rubbur tyton joint or run lead joints or rubber gasket joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) CI/DI fittings/specials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

(ii) CI/DI fittings/specials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

(ii) CI/DI fittings/specials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply & laying for 100 mm dia pipe in trenches, jointing/ connecting and testing DI pipe class K-9 in any length, conforming to IS 9523 with spigot and socketed ends, centrifugally cast type, jointed with rubbur tyton joint or run lead joints or rubber gasket joints complete, all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Rubbur tyton joint or run lead joints or rubber gasket joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) DI fittings/specials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (iii) Earthwork & excavation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply & laying for 150 mm dia pipe in trenches, jointing/ connecting and testing DI pipe class K-9 in any length, conforming to IS 9523 with spigot and socketed ends, centrifugally cast type, jointed with rubbur tyton joint or run lead joints or rubber gasket joints complete, all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Rubbur tyton joint or run lead joints or rubber gasket joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) DI fittings/specials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (iii) Earthwork & excavation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply & laying for 200 mm dia pipe in trenches, jointing/ connecting and testing DI pipe class K-9 in any length, conforming to IS 9523 with spigot and socketed ends, centrifugally cast type, jointed with rubbur tyton joint or run lead joints or rubber gasket joints complete, all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Rubbur tyton joint or run lead joints or rubber gasket joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) DI fittings/specials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (iii) Earthwork & excavation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply & laying for 250 mm dia pipe in trenches, jointing/ connecting and testing DI pipe class K-9 in any length, conforming to IS 9523 with spigot and socketed ends, centrifugally cast type, jointed with rubbur tyton joint or run lead joints or rubber gasket joints complete, all as specified and directed . Note : (i) Rubbur tyton or run lead joints or rubber gasket joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) DI fittings/specials shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (iii) Earthwork & excavation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Cutting cast iron pipes of size 100 mm dia and reducing to required length for insertion of tees, branches or replacing damaged length etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for DI special and fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, incressing, decressing or double socket etc) tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross(all socket, socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs including connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces including rubbur tyton joint or run lead joints or rubber gasket joints, upto 250mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for CI special and fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, incressing, decressing or double socket etc) tee pieces, single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch, cross(all socket, socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs including connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces including rubbur tyton joint or run lead joints or rubber gasket joints upto 250mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling steel poles/struts, any size and setting aside upto 50 meters distance complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (8.5 metres long), as per IS-2713 including painting with one coat of black bituminous paint through out internally and externally up to ground level and remaining external surfaces of poles shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation & earthwork , PCC foundation & coping shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for laying of LT UG cable, XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of 120 sqmm, 3.5 core cable including taking down old complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection cover, pipe etc. shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for laying of LT UG cable, XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area of 95 sqmm, 3.5 core cable including taking down old complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (i) Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, cable protection cover, pipe etc. shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.
