M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick damp proof course 1:2:4 type B0(using12.50mm graded stone aggregate) and applying evenly a tack coat of blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.5kg per sqm. and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cum per sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC type 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slabs floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) in rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cutting, bending cranking, hooking end and binding with mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick works complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be included in quoted Rate.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S. 1161-1998 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick, plywood, grade BWR,type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre cemet building boards fixed/laid to GI frame work and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 450x350x 7mm to 8mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 18 to 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade ncluding rounding of exposed edges of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles in floor, area exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm, 25 mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles over and including screed bed of 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
