M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat (finishing coat) of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old decorated surfaces by washing ,rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper on walls including (i) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (ii) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (iii) Work in patches and narrow widths, bands, cornices, plasteres etc and cutting in edges to line where necessary. (iv) Spreading and removing coverings to doors, windows, floors, fittings etc to protect them from splashes. (v) Removing and replacing furniture, moveable cupboard, chicks, blinds etc. (vi) Cleaning of bush, shrubs, vegetation, grass, weed, saplings etc. (vii) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings,wiring etc., of drops and splashes and leaving premise, clean and tidy etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.all as specified and directed

All as per item No 5.00 above but two coat of oil emulsion distemper.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of plasterded or unplastered old surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash including (i) Use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (ii) Removing of nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (iii) Work in patches and narrow widths, bands, cornices, plasteres etc and cutting in edges to line where necessary. M&L for Preparation of plasterded or un plastered old surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of wood and wood based materials of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint .

All as above but applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint.

M&L for writing letter of figures (block , Raman, italic or indian) n exc 30 Nos cm high with thick synthetic paint with out bursh marks, if necessary repainted until the desired result is obtained complete

M&L for writing Stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc.

Taking down cement plaster any thickness any description on brick or stone walls, partitions, ceilings etc incl raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc including cleaning of bush, shrubs, vegetation, grass,weed,saplings etc complete

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster (1:6) and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified & directed

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on fair faces or concrete surfaces in cement plaster (1:3) in ceilling and finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceilling and applying three coat of white wash complete.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls all as specified & directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un plastered surface of walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of white wash all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Note : (a) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) Cost of scafolding upto 10m of building is included in this item. (c) Masking of window/doors during spray painting using polythine film will be included. (d) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats etc. included. (e) 05 years guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion and 15% amount will be reserve against painting work after date of completion for the 05 years. M&L for one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.9 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed. Note (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (b) Cost of scafolding upto 10m of building is included in this item. (c) Masking of window/doors during spray painting using polythine film will be included. (d) Cleaning and clearing site of paint, mats etc. included. (e) 05 years guarantee of painting work will be admissible after date of completion and 15% amount will be reserve against painting work after date of completion for the 05 years. M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed. Note :- (a.) The work pertaining to periodical services & Water Proofing shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer.
