M & L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, laid in floors etc. over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in 15mm thick screed bed in cement motar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness as in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges,valley complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40sqcm and over in section as in unframed work in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, in scantlings, clean sawn timber as in un framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Dose of WPC shall be as per manufacturer instruction and the same shall be recorded in the MB.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wood and wooden surface and treating one coat of synthetic enamel paint exceeding 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F GI tubing 15mm bore, medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including taking out old tubing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, Vitreous China Squatting Pan"Orissa pattern" size 580 mmx440 mm white with integral foot rest etc. ( excluding cistern and flush pipe) including S or P Trap and provision of concrete bedding and making good to floor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white with necessary seat cover including connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonage pipe complete all as specified and as directed

S & F in repairs, 10 Litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white or coloured, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets,PVC connection pipe 15mm dia, 600mm long etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, bib taps 15mm dia cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butter fly handles screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, stop valves/ angular stop valve, 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or unions complete all as specified and as directe.

S & F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) bends of with access door any radius complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110mm bore PVC ( SWR) junction, double (T) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power), complete excluding fittings but including switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling, floors etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm, single core, PVC insulated and PVC unsheathed FRLS cable, 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked, with multistranded copper conductors and earth continuity wire with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor cable (including connecting to earth dolly) laid/fixed with and including PVC Casing and Caping on walls/ceiling, and with PVC switch board for mounting switches/socket etc for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one number one way 5 Amp switch complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item above but for One 3 pin 15 Amp switch socket outlet on independent board.with 2.5 sqmm size cables, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 sqmm, single core, FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dia non metallic PVC grey conduit / casing -caping with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith one run of 2.5 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. M&L for GI bracket made out of 40 mm bore medium grade GI Pipe with two sets clamps, with nuts and bolts, two Nos 90 degree bends all as directed, length of GI Pipe shall not be less than 3.0 metre for fixing of light fittings including dismantling old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty flat cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core, PVC insulated aluminium solid conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 m apart including replacing 4mm suspension wire including taking down old cable of any descrip[tion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia or 8 SWG bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and earth plate electrode at one end and connected to main switch board/ DBs etc. at the other, earth strip encased(protected) in and including 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade with all fittings from top of electrode to main switch board/ DBs etc fixed with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I includind taking out old one complete all as specified and directed.
