Supply, install, test and commission out door type cubical panel board outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 90 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front and back openable double door system (Each door hinged with body at 4 places with body and hinges should be welded with body and door) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93 comprising of the following :-

Supply, install, test and commission out door type bus bar chamber having tapered roof outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 90 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable door system , 04 Nos Al bus bar 400 amps cap fixed over epoxy insulator s duly insulated with different sleeves and neccessary holes of suitable dia in Bus bar strip with locking arrangements “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI having thickness of powder coat not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof including taking out old unserviceable bus bar boxes l all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of heat shrinkable end termination cable jointing kit for PVC/XLPE insulated ,armoured electric cable of size 25 to 50 Sqmm 3.5 core 1100 Volts garde for indoor/outdoor use complete with jointing materials and accessories. Make:- Raychem/3M/Densons

M& L for boring of hole under road with mechanical arrangement upto 100mm dia without disturbing the top surface of the road for passing the UG electric cable across the road complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repair/maint of LT panel board by dismantling all cable connection i.e incoming and outgoings and trenching out cable / cable loop after digging, cutting burnt portion of cable, cleaning and fixing of lugs with crimping tool, cleaning of bus bar with emery paper, tightening of bus bar with busbar insulators, re-fixing of cable with busbars/circuit breaker, by providing new bolts, nuts and washers cable lugs to be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables all as specified and as directed.

M& L for replacement of Cable lugs with aluminium alloy tubular bimetallic terminals of size 25/35 Sqmm incl crimping with help of crimping tools all as specified and directed . Make :- Dowells/Jainsons or equivalent

All as per item No 36 above but of size 50/70 sqmm

Material and labour taking out seviceable electric cable of size upto 95Sqmm x 3.5 from trenches complete after removing brick/PCC cover,sand , protection pipes and shifting the cable to other location within RMS for relaying complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork, brick, sand shall be measured and paid separately.
