Material and labour for rewinding of HT/LT transformers by winding the defective coils with copper wire as of same gauge and existing size together with new material and aluminium bracings beore placing into the transformer and assembling the HT/LT coil with new insulation between core and LT coil and fixing the coil in the chamber, including insulating materials such as cotton tape, packing and sleeves etc varnishing by vaccum impregnation and baking of coil core assembly for copper wound transformer upto 400 kva, testing and commissioning the transformer and recording the test result upto satisfaction levels of Engr-in -Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs HT bushing rod complete with insulator and packing suitable for out door/Indoor type upto 400 KVA, 11KV rating transformers confirming to IS- 334 complete with nut, bolts, brass studs and gasket of synthetic rubber bonded cork sheet all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deem to include for opening of top plate of transformer / decanning of oil from transformer up to the level as per requirement and assemble the same after replacement of bushing rod complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Bushing rod shall be replaced at site. transformer will not be allowed to send to workshop at any cost and all bushing replacement work shall be executed at site only.

Supply and fix in repairs LT bushing complete with insulator and packing suitable for 1100 volts grade complete with nut bolts, brass studs, insulator and gasket etc suitable for upto 400 KVA, 11 KV rating out door/Indoor transformer complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deem to include for opening of top plate of transformer / decanning of oil from transformer up to the level as per requirement and assemble the same after replacement of bushing rod complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Bushing rod shall be replaced at site. transformer will not be allowed to send to workshop at any cost and all bushing replacement work shall be executed at site only.

Material and labour for maintenance, servicing & Oil Leakage arresting upto 400 KVA, 11KV rating, Distribution Transformer, providing necessary gaskets, Oil Seals, cleaning, dusting, decarbonising, tightening loosened parts, including replacing worn out part copper studs, bolts nuts and washers replacing oil Seals, HT bush, gasket including unserviceable coil, replacing of defective minor items such as and when required complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- Oil to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately, However minor items such as gasket, nut and bolt shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. The quoted rates are inclusive of crane charges for lifting and re assembling from the structure.

Supply and filling of New transformer oil confirming to IS 335-1963 as amended and die electric strength not less than 60 KV for topping replacement of unserviceable transformer oil complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Purification, filtration and Dehydration of transformer oil of transformer installed at various indoor/outdoor sub station by ultra high vacuum filtration machine with stream line filtration plant at a temp 60 to 70 deg. Celsius and achieving minimum dielectric withstand strength of 60 KV for 1 minute in 2.5 mm gap setting (for used oil) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Contractor shall ensure no wastage of transformer oil. (ii) Oil required for topping up the transformer will be measured & paid separately. (iii) Contractor shall be ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before starting the dehydration

Material and labour for painting distribution transformer with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of smoke grey colour after neatly cleaning and preparing the surface for the transformer including all bus ducts of capacity up to 400 KVA including writing SM / MES No (5 cm height) with white enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only silica gel (Dark blue colour) of good quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs silica gel breather assembly transparent type with first fill of silica gel suitable for upto 400 KVA, 11 KV rating ( 1/2 kgs ) transformers complete including connecting with proper rubberized gasket complete all as specified anddirected.

Supply and fix in repairs silica gel breather assembly transparent type with first fill of silica gel suitable for 2.5 MVA to 6 MVA ( 1 kgs ) power transformers complete including connecting with proper rubberized gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated (Earthed) cable in trenches / or fixed on pole etc in screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded alluminium conductor, 33000 volts grade, cross sectional area 185 Sqmm, 3 core, Confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) 1985 including taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, sand cushioning, Precast Cable cover will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply & fixing, jointing, testing, end termination joint kit heat shrinkable indoor type,suitable for HT 11 KV XLPE cable 3 core 95 sq.mm with necessary jointing materials including connecting etc including taking down unserviceable end joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing, jointing, testing, end termination joint kit heat shrinkable indoor type,suitable for HT 33 KV XLPE cable 3 core 185 sq.mm with necessary jointing materials including connecting etc including taking down unserviceable end joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Shifting of transformer 11/0.433 KVA to a distance not more than 5.00 Kms from power house/ any other place to required place, including disconnecting and neccesaary connection and testing after shifting complete all as directed. Note : Required T& P, vehicle, labours and techenician deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Shifting of Power transformer 5 MVA to a distance more than 50 Kms from power house/ any other place to NSEB required place, including disconnecting connection and shifting complete all as directed. Note : Required T& P, vehicle, labours and techenician deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick electrode, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm size up to test point by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of GI including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 pit, 20mm bore dia GI pipe, medium grade pipe for watering arrangement and 15mm bore dia GI pipe, light grade for protection of earth wire, 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 10mm dia bars, funnel, wire mesh etc. as shown in electrical Plate No. 03 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point including taking down old unserviceable material and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

Supply and fixing in repair male contact for air break switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair female contact for air break switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair triple pole mechanically operated air break switch (GOD), vertical mounting, rotating type, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in all respect such as gun metal moving contacts and spring loaded gun metal fixed jaws, knife copper jumper strip etc, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, 50 Hz with 9 insulator of rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and as directed

Disconnecting all electrical connection from Air Break Switch (GOD) vertical/ Horizontal Type of any capacity, cleaning all parts and applying jelly/ greasing to all moving parts for smooth functioning including replacement of unserviceable parts like Pin/Post Insulator, Male/ Female contact, DO fuses, GOD handles, Nut, bolts & washers etc. complete all as specitfied and as directed. Note: The spare parts reqd for repair/replacement shall be measured and paid as supply only under relavant items and fixing of the same is deemed to be inclusive in this Item.

Supply only brass terminal plate for mounting male/Female contact of air break switch insulator including GI nuts, bolts & washers etc. as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only pin/post polymer insulator for air break switch with hardware suitable for HT 11 KV conforming to IEC 62217-2012 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only DO polymer insulator suitable for 11 KV with metal part conforming to IEC 62217-2012 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only high conductivity copper wire mesh jumper 200 Amps rating for air break switch, 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only dropout fuses top/ bottom contact complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fitings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for working voltage of 11000 Volts including all necessary fittings all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994 including dismantling of existing old unserviceable lightening arrester complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with copper plate 600 x 600 x 3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with copper strip 20x3mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking down old unserviciable earthing set complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

Removal of unwanted grass, plants and vegetations from E/M installations on Monthly basis for entire contract period including surface dressing and removal of grass ,plants and vegetations from site not less than 50mtr from starting point complete all as specified and directed

S & F dial type Transformer winding and oil temparature gauge having range 0 to 100 degree centigrade including Dismantling and taking down of old UNSV dial type Transformer winding and oil temparature gauge complete all as specified as directed.

Material & Labour for spreading and levelling of 40mm graded coarse stone aggregate, thickness not exceeding 15 cm for out door type sub station complete all aspecified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised wire of 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 15mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion including taking down old unserviciable earthing set all as specified and as directed.
