S&F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required; hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges; large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 12mm dia Mild steel rag or lewis bolts screwed one ends with hexagonal or square nuts and washers the other end enlarged and jagged or loused exc 15cm but not exceeding 30cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surface n exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre-painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges,valley complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles over and including 100 mm thick PCC sub base in (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) and screed bed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in, Brick walls making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting exceeding 20cm girth

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable for 15 Amp switch Socket combination on independent board with 2.5 sqmm copper wire 1100 volt grade drawn through and including PVC casing-capping/conduit (medium grade) of suitable size with all fittings and accessories including PVC board with cover of suitable size for housing/mounting the switches/socket etc including 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper conductor as earth continuty wire connected to common earth dolly, compleate all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but for One 3 pin 15 Amp switch socket outlet on independent board.with 2.5 sqmm size cables, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI bracket made out of 40 mm bore medium grade GI Pipe with two sets clamps, with nuts and bolts, two Nos 90 degree bends all as directed, length of GI Pipe shall not be less than 3.0 metre for fixing of light fittings including dismantling old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty flat cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core, PVC insulated aluminium solid conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 m apart including replacing 4mm suspension wire including taking down old cable of any descrip[tion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia or 8 SWG bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and earth plate electrode at one end and connected to main switch board/ DBs etc. at the other, earth strip encased(protected) in and including 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade with all fittings from top of electrode to main switch board/ DBs etc fixed with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I complete all as specified and directed.
