Dismantling overhead ACSR conductor (steel reinforced) of any size from HT OH/ LT OH Lines from existing electric pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts wells cesspits man-holes pier holes etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add to item No. 8.00 (here-in-before) for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5m but not exc 3.00 mtr complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to full width of trenches for protection of cable with clean and dry sand including punning down complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L for laying brick sub class 'B' (using old size burnt bricks) for cable protection of size 230mmx115mmx75mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for filling of sub base including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of pole / stay including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for errection of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate,finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtr long) and shifting of conductors / Cable and insulators etc incl painting the exposed portion of the pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer and interally throughout plus embedded portion with two coats of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Marking of pole number with black paint in yellow circle complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning 70 sqmm, 3.5 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor and PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning 95 sqmm, 3.5 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor and PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes incl taking out old unsv cable from trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning 120 sqmm, 3.5 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor and PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes incl taking out old unsv cable from trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning 150 sqmm, 3.5 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor and PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes incl taking out old unsv cable from trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissoning and testing of out door type feeder pillar boxes 600mmx600mmx500mm (Bus bar chamber) with aluminium bus bar 400 amps - 04 Nos fixed over epoxy insulators and outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet supported with MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 90 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable single door ( door hinged with body at 2 places with hinges ) lockable/open able by Keys having chromium plated 19 mm dia fancy lock, “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI for 35 MVA rupturing capacity at 415 Volts factory fabricated having modern fabrication and testing process followed by powder coat painting having thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer over new iron Surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described o complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene 1000 Ltrs Capacity water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) double layer hoisted and fixed in position in SSR Part-I including ball brass valve, with polythelene float and fly nut complete screwed down for iron pipe of 20 mm dia etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar (1:4) brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished fair and even and smooth (with out using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and as directed.
