Removing excavated soil to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for erection and fixing of steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP - 31 (9.00 metres long) confirming to IS- 2713 Part I to III 1980 with and including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, nuts, bolts and washers etc. fixed in PCC foundation duly painted painted with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface and including dismsntling of old pole of any size and description with foundation, PCC coping and refixing of ACSR conductor with necessary connections etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note; cost of exc , PCC and coping will be paid seperately

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for the new/existing Steel Poles, cills, including necessary formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size16 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, including taking down old unserviceable UG cable any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling,punning, well ramming complete all as specified and directed. Note: Thickness shall be measured after punning.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks locally available best quality laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable all as specified and directed

M&L for GI pipe light grade 50mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches/ walls/ floors/ poles/ road crossing including taking up/ down old pipe complete all as speciffied and as directed.

S & F in repair LED street light of capacity 90 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lens embedded PC cover including electronic driver should have luminaries efficacy ≥110 lumens/watt, CRI70 ,PF 0.95, CCT≥5500, IP66, impact resistance IK 07, inbuilt protection against lightning , over voltage, short circuit and surge/spike protection device upto 10kV complete including taking down old unserviceable light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. all as specified and as directed. S & F in repair LED flood light of capacity 120 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lens embedded PC cover including electronic driver should have LED efficacy ≥100 lumens/watt,CRI70 PF 0.95,CCTCCT≥5500, IP66, impact resistance IK 07 ,inbuilt 5kV surge protection device including taking down old unserviceable light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Magic / Havells / Philips / Crompton / CG/ Wipro Note: For item No 13 to 15 Contractor have to write date of changing in bold letter using permanent marker and submit minimum two years manufacturer warrantee certificate with purchase voucher on completion of work.

S & F in repairs street light bracket made of GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade(bend to shape) , 1.2 metre long and fixed with Ms flat iron clamp(clamp shall be 40 X 5mm ), nuts, bolts and washers on pole complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs junction box suitable for 3 phase/4 core made out of FRP sheet with weather proof canopy and locking screw fitted with and incl 6 Amps, MCB SP - 1 No, 20 Amps rated 4 Way connectors for 3 phase and neutral incoming/out going, mounted in the box, fixing on steel tubular /rail poles including necessary aluminium clamps, suitable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolts complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Sintex or techno- commercially equivalent in Hensel / OBO/ Rittal

S & F in repair multicore PVC 1.5 sqmm 3 core copper cable for connection of street lights etc, complete all as specified and direted.

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of factory made powder coated (CPRI approved ) LT panel board cubical ,outdoor type, weather ,dust and vermin proof (IP-65) ,cubical type made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick with base frame of angle iron 50x50x6mm suitable for 415 volts ,3 phase ,50Hz ,4 wire system with front and rear side openable with double shutters, hinged and locking arrangement and slanted roof .the size of panel boards shall be suitable for housing the accessories given here under. the panel board shall comprise of following items with and including necessary connection & taking down of old panel any type , complete all specified and directed . (i) MCCB 63 Amp 4 pole 415 volts AC with thermal magnetc type 16 KA lcs = 100 % icu -02 nos ( 01 no of standby) (ii) MCB TPN 63 A -02 (iii) Timer and contactor with relay -01 (iv) Changeover switch on load type 63 amps, 4 pole -01 no (v) Copper bus bar of suitable capacity of suitable length duly insulated with colour code (vi) Phase indicator lamp LED clustar type RYB (set of three)-01 set Note : Necessary T&P ,PCC foundation is incl in the quoted rate.
