Material and labour for submain wiring alongwith earth continuity conductor with PVC insulated FR multistrand copper conductor cable (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black, Earth - Green) drawing into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit, medium grade, ISI marked ivory colour along with accessories of size 2x4 sqmm + 1x4sqmm (earth wire) in 25mm dia conduit/Casing Capping complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Finolex/Richa/RR Kabel or any equivalent make as approved by GE. Make of caping/casing & PVC boxes :- Prestoplast/Finolex/supreme or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

All asper item No 4.00 But as above two runs 6 sqmm + one run 6sqmm (earth wire) in 25mm dia conduit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for metal clad AC socket point single pole and neutral enclosure with a tow pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand/ABB/Siemens or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

M&L for MCB Distribution board double door type SPN 8 way, sheet steel, powder painted, with neutral link & earth bar etc. and fixing MCBs of various rating capacity complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand/ABB/Siemens or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

All as item No 7.00 but as above MCB SPN 4 Way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN 32 Amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit Breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand/ABB/Siemens or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing MCB SP 6 to 32 Amp rating 240V, 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit Breaker (MCB) of following poles and current carrying capacity in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Make : Legrand/ABB/Siemens or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

Disconnect and remove unserviceable main PCB/ display PCB and Supply and fix new main PCB/ dispaly PCB suitable for existing model of following cooling appliances complete all as specified and directed. Make- Blue star, Godrej , Voltas or equivelent or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

Split AC 1.5/2.0TR splay PCB

Disconnect and remove unserviceable starting capacitor 90 mfd and supply and fix new starting capacitor 90 mfd suitable for existing model of following cooling appliances complete all as specified and directed. Make:Bluestar, voltas, Godrej or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

1.5/2.0 TR split type 90 MFD 440V P2/S2 type

Disconnect and remove unserviceable running capacitor and supply and fix new running capacitor50/60 mfd suitable for existing model of following cooling appliances complete all as specified and directed. Make:Bluestar, voltas, godrej or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

1.5/2.0 TR split type Air Conditioner

Disconnect and remove unserviceable capacitor of fan motor of any description and supply and fix fan capacitor of capacity 4.0 mfd / 6.0 mfd suitable for existing window type/ outdoor unit of split type air conditioner of capacity upto 2.0 TR complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bluestar, Godrej, Voltas or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

Taking out the burnt fan motor from the following cooling appliances and supply and fix new fan motor suitable for existing model complete all as specified and directed. Make : Blue star, Godrej , Voltas or equivelent or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

Split Air Conditioner of Capacity upto 1.5/2.0 TR.

Taking down unserviceable Blowermotor of split type air conditioner and supply and fix new Blowermotor suitable for existing model of indoor unit of split type air conditioner of capacity upto 2.0 TR including necessary connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable Swing motor of split type air conditioner and supply and fix new Swing motor suitable for existing model of indoor unit of split type air conditioner of capacity upto 2.0 TR including necessary connections and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Make : Blue star, Godrej , Voltas or equivelent)

Disconnect and remove unserviceable compressor and supply and fix new sealed rotary / reciprocating compressor including brazing the suction / discharge lines suitable for existing model of following cooling appliances, filling the gas and testing on complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bluestar/ Godrej/Voltas/Carrier/Hitachi or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

Make : Havells/CG/Philips/Bajaj or any equivalent make as approved by GE.

Supply & installed voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase indoor type & designed for input variation between 90-300V with digital display output voltage stablized at 230V with accuracy of +2.5% and of capacity 3 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installationtesting and commissioning of Servo Voltage stablizer indoor type for automatic operation, 3 phas,, 50 Hz, copper wound, unbalanced type for automatic controlling/regulating of coltage comprising of auto transformer, servo motor, intelligent micor controller based circuit, and other fittings and accessories, naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input voltage variation between 300 volt to 480 volt with output voltage stablizer at 415 V with accuracy ± 1% and rate of correction 8V/Sec and of capacity 50 KVA complete all as specified and as directed with following features :- (a) Digital control module is equipped with an advancec Micro controller technology and self controllable design. (c) overload protection is provided in case output feedback is disconnected or loose connected or loose connected. It defects the failure and displays FAIL and output goes to minimum, whereas in normal cards output goes to maximum. Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm bore (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of Automatic Street Light Control Switch suitable for Three Phase with Infrared Sensor based NATURE SWITCH & Voltage Monitoring System (VMS). Nature Switch operation should be based on Natural Light Lux level. Required Illuminance Level for Switching ON is ≤ 30/60 Lux and for switching OFF ≥ 10 Lux. The Sensor should also have part night operation facility of min. 4 to max. 12 hrs. VMS should have Adjustable Over & Under Voltage Trip level and Protection against Phase Loss, Neutral Loss & Phase Reverse. The Sensor & VMS along with suitable Power Contactor(s) and Incoming-Outgoing MCBs should be enclosed in a pole/wall mountable Enclosure made of Rust Proof, Electric Shock Proof, Termite proof and FR grade SMC Junction box conforming to IP54. The circuit should also have provision for Manual Operation (i.e. By-Pass Option for both Sensor and VMS). Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc including taking down unservicable cable complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/Gloster/Richa or any equivalent make as approved by GE. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commission out door type bus bar chamber having tapered roof outer shell made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and MS angle section 50x50x6 mm mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 platform 90 cm above and 45 cm below the ground level, frame factory fabricated with front openable door system , 04 Nos Al bus bar 400 amps cap fixed over epoxy insulator s duly insulated with different sleeves and neccessary holes of suitable dia in Bus bar strip with locking arrangements “U” type gasket shall be used to make the outer shell completely vermin proof suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volt, 50 Hz, tested at factory approved from CPRI having thickness of powder coat not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust/vermin proof including taking out old unserviceable bus bar boxes complete all as specified and directed.
