Supply, Installing, testing and commissioning sound proof acoustic enclosure diesel engine driven generating set, fully wired 415 volts, +/- 1.5%, 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ, +/- 0.5% 0.80 PF of capacity 250 KVA, 200 KW having continous rating at 1500 RPM, brushless self excited and minimum of 310 BHP capacity engine turbo charged water cooled complete under NTP condition with provision for 10% overload for 1hr on 12hr running and common base plate frame engine standard instrumental panel, self exciting and self regulating control panel with accessories, self starter 24 volts with battery 180 AH , 24 volts -02 Nos system with battery charging unit SCR type and battery cable leads , exhaust pipe with cladding by asbestos rope, sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms II etc. Diesel engine set as per ISO 8528-1, IS 10000, IS 10001 and alternator as per IS -13364 with inbuilt electronic speed governer with micro processor based control panel with floor mounted fuel tank not less than 12 hours running capacity including necessary anti vibration pads including standard control panel as recommended by the manufacturer .

(b) Alternator:- It shall be self excited self generated balanced 415 volts, 3 phase, 50 Cycles per second,250 KVA at 0.8 PF or nearest in higher capacity, 1500 RPM, star connected, 4 wire, drip proof enclosure, air cool with radial fan mounted on rotor, screen protected, self ventilated enclosure as per ISO 8528-1, IS 4722/IS 2613 & IEC 34.10 or latest IS code and with drip proof enclosure with damper winding on pole faces, static automatic voltage regulator to provide voltage regulation +/-1% and harmonic factor better than 2% from no load to full load from 0.8 to unity power factor, efficiency 92% at 100% load/0.8PF, voltage drop at full load ≤ 20% and insulation of H class and above as per standard practice of OEM (c) Starting batteries 24 V, 180 AH maintenance free with suitable size of cable including fitting and terminals on angle iron frame(self starter sytem with 24 volt DC) - 01 No Make Exide/ Amaron/Nicco/ Amco. (d) Fuel tank: Made of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet and having continous running of 12 hours at full load with level indicator to indicate the oil level of diesel tank, fuel strainer air vent inlet and out let connections with MS pipe of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.
