Dismantling earth wire of any size/dia or copper conductor, guarding cradle and removing old materials from the Site(s) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of LT unserviceable pre-stressed concrete poles of any size and shape and including taking out dismantled portion of poles embeded in ground after necessary demolition of concrete foundation and making good disturbed ground surface properly and disposal thereof as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, for foundation of poles, stays or for laying of cables, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 05 above but depth exceeding 1.5 metre but n. exc 3.0 metre for foundation of poles etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt bricks, sub class 'B' bricks laid breath wise along length of cable in trenches for cable protection laid for UG cable protection all as specified.

M & L for sand cushioning for protection of cable (below, above and around the cable laid in trenchs) all as specified and as directed.

Supply,install, commission and testing cubical type LT panel board of size 1 x 1 x 0.50 mtr,outdoor canopy type, manufactured by a CPRI approved factory, floor mounted, dust & vermin proof,front and rear operated door with necessary locking arrangement made of 50 x 6mm MS angle iron frame work and CRCA sheet of 3.15mm thick duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint of approved shed after seven tank treatment process both internally and externally. The panel shall be suitable for 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 3 Phase 4 wire system and shall be complete with suitable capacity Copper bus bar (1.5 times the incoming switch gear current rating) with suitable size of PVC insulated copper conductor, thimbles glands complete all as specified and directed with the following accessories :- INCOMING (a) MCCB 4 pole, 415 Volts, 160 Amps, 36 KA - 01 No. (b) Digital Voltmeter 0-500 V with selector switch - 01 No. (c) Digital Ammeter 0-200 Amps with CTs and selector switch - 01 No (d) Indicator lamp (RYB) (set of three) - 01 Set OUTGOING (a) MCB SPN 40 A - 06 Nos. Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area as required as specifed and directed for the following with suitable lugs :-

(a) 10 Sqmm, 2 core

(b) 35 Sqmm, 3 1/2 core

(c) 50 sqmm, 3 1/2 core

(d) 70 sqmm 3 1/2 core

S & F in repairs IP 65 Modular box made of impact resistance plastic & heat resistant materials of size 260x210x116mm mm with provision of bus bar including MCB SP 6 A for street light controlling complete fixed to street light pole with suitable size of clamps, nuts & bolts as directed. (Make : HENSEL/SYNTEX or equivalent model as approved)

Material & Labour for plain cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4) (with using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for platform of transformercomplete all as specified & directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete type C1 (1:3:6) (20mm graded stone aggreagate) as in coping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate,finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting of pole with one coat of synthetic enamal and two coat of aluminium paint with numbering on it all as conforming to ASEB specifications, complete all as specified & directed.[Note: Excavation & earthwork, cement concrete, etc. will be measured and paid separately under relevant Items of this Schedule]

S & F LED street light 60 W pressure die cast aluminium housing with IP 66 with all accessories complete including 40 mm dia GI pipe L shape (Approximate 1.5 mtr long) with double clamp and nut bolts. (Make - Bajaj, Cat No - BRTFG 60W LED or equivlant model of make as per list of manufacturer).

M & L for 5 mtr Road cutting/digging for laying of UG Cable and filling, make good with PCC Concrete the disturbed road with complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying in trenches steel water tubes light grade galvanised with all fittings in wall / trench complete incl all as specified & directed of sizes 40 mm dia:-

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 mtr deep below normal ground level connected with and including galvanised iron strip 32x6mm as earthing lead by means of nuts bolts and washers of galvanized iron protected by 15mm dia (medium grade) GI tubing, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore GI tubing (light grade) watering pipe , including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab of size 350x350x50mm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c in both ways and 10mm dia MS handle (01 No) of suitable size, charcoal and salt in alternate layers necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in Electric plate No. 3 of SSR part-I and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
