M&L for GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterners with and including ceiling section ( not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre complete including hangers 4 mm dia G I (upto 1200 mm length ) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section as in unframed work in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, in scantlings, clean sawn timber as in un framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 4mm thick, plywood, grade BWR,type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall including taking out old plywood of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 4mm thick veneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face on one side fixed with nails to timber frame work and treating two coats of varnishing including taking out old plywood of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for weather boarding, 2nd class hard wood clean sawn, plain, 20 mm thick feather edged 15 mm to 20 mm thick and fixed with 30 mm laps and repairs to replace old or decayed boarding complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F prelaminated particle board 18/19mm, exterior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws as in pelmet box includind taking out old pelmet box of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of creosote complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, harrison rails, mild steel, chromium plated with fixing brackets, stops, rollers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls, chajja surfaces, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to other than fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
