ITEM 1.00 CONTD.. AUTOMATIC MAINS FAILURE (AMF) CONTROL PANEL: factory made cubicle type floor mounted LT panel board, outdoor kiosk type made out of MS angle not less than 25 x 25 x 5mm , and 3.15 thick MS CRCA sheet, fron opening type, protection class IP-65, dust, weatherproof and vermin proof duly powder coated after seven tank process, with elecctrolytic grade copper bus barof 200Amps capacity for three phase and neutral, with all standard switch gear such as power contactors, relays etc. and protection , internal wiring of adequate size PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable etc and also consisting of following:- (a) MCCB 415 Volts, 160 Amp, rating 4 pole 16 KA rupturing capacity, Microprocessor based release for incoming supply with overload, short circuit and earth fault protection-02 (Incoming from commercial and stand by supply). (b) Ammeter 0-100 Amps, 96x96 mm square dial flush type ISI marked with selectyor switch 3 way-01 set (c) Voltmeter 0-500 volts 96x96 mm square dial flush type ISI marked with rotary selector switch 3 way -01 set. (d) Phase indicator lamps (R-Y-B)- 1 set. (e) Frequency meter digital type 45 to 55 Hz-1 No (f) KWH Meter 3 Phase unbalanced load1200 Amps capacity incl CT coil-1 set (g) All standard relays, circuits and protection required for automatic operation of Gen Set.

Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 35 Sqmm 4 core laid in trenches as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and depth exc. 1.50 m but n.exc 3.00 m ; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, of soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing exvated material to a distance n.exc 50M and deposited/ spreaded where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed .

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to 23cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

M&L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 25x4mm galvanised iron strip

Supply and fixing Voltage stablizer for automatic operation single phase indoor type and designed for input variation between 90-300 volts with digital disply out put voltage stablizer at 230 Volts with energy of± 2.5 % and of capacity 5 KVA

Supply and fix frost free refrigerators, electric driven (single phase), Suitable to working on AC 220 Volts (+/-) 12%, 50 HZ, CFC free Regrigerant, Double Door wtih miniumum 3 Star rating with ISEER as per lates Ministery of Power notification capacity more than or equal to 322 Litres auto deforest system complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix 1.0 KVA wall/ floor mounted type Electronic voltage Stablizer for auotmatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 150V to 280 V with output stabilized at 230 Volt with accuracy of (+/-) 2.5% all as specfied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, commissioning of Glass Top Deep Freezer single phase 240 volt, 50 HzSuitable to working on AC 220 Volts (+/-) 12%, 50 HZ, CFC free Regrigerant, wtih miniumum 3 Star rating with ISEER as per lates Ministery of Power notification capacity more than or equal to 320 Litres a complete all as specified and directed.
