Dismantling insulators any type , any size , complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling unserviceable/old ACSR conductors of any size from over head lines, poles by removing binding wire, service wire, cables and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting the existing hard standing/PCC/WBM road at a depth not less than 45 cm and 25 cm wide for passing of cable through GI pipe returning filling in complete including finishing the surfaces by providing cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate) upto 20cm depth,finishing to a uniform smooth surface to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Note - GI pipes shall be measured and paid seprately under relevant item of this schedule.

M & L in repair for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 25 sqmm 4.0 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, including taking down old unserviceable UG cable any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling,punning, well ramming complete all as specified and directed. Note: Thickness shall be measured after punning.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks locally available best quality laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable all as specified and directed

M&L in repair for GI pipe light grade 40mm bore with all fittings laid in trenches/ walls/ floors/ poles/ road crossing with necessary coping and clamps complete all as speciffied and as directed.

S & F in repair LED street light of capacity 90 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lens embedded PC cover including electronic driver should have luminaries efficacy ≥110 lumens/watt, CRI70 ,PF 0.95, CCT≥5500, IP66, impact resistance IK 07, inbuilt protection against lightning , over voltage, short circuit and surge/spike protection device upto 10kV complete including taking down old unserviceable light fittings complete all as specified and as directed. all as specified and as directed. Supply and fix street light panel factory febricated (CPRI type-tested) MCB TPN 63 A -01 nos, contactor TP65 A-01 no ,Astronomical timer street light control panel with accessories outdoor type including connected switch gears , cable etc and suitable sheet metal enclosure test and commissioning of 440 V , outdoor cubical type with sutaible provision of 25x3 mm angular base and vertical frame along with necessary PCC foundation and locking arrangement including taking down old one complete all as specified and directed. NOTES: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the following (a) Suitable copper control wiring inside panel board ,cable glands ,cable lugs , supporting insulator etc. (b) The panel should be mounted min 0.30 m above the ground level. (c) Quoted rate is inclusive of angular base frame and PCC foundation earth work connected accessories. (d) Design / Drawing / bom of the panel showing the dimensions is to be obtained from manufacturer/ supplier and is to be approved from AGE(I) before placing the final order to the manufacturer. (e) Any thing missed out in the technical specification but technically required for efficient working is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. S & F in repairs junction box suitable for 3 phase/4 core made out of FRP sheet with weather proof canopy and locking screw fitted with and incl 6 Amps, MCB SP - 1 No, 20 Amps rated 4 Way connectors for 3 phase and neutral incoming/out going, mounted in the box, fixing on steel tubular /rail poles including necessary aluminium clamps, suitable glands, lugs and GI nut and bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

M &L for preparing surfaces of existing LT steel tubular poles 9m long including scrapping, brushing down old paint with emery paper and applying two coat of aluminium paint including cross arms, street light brackets etc and making strip upto 1.5m above ground level by black/yellow paint in alternate layers with numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs, Solar Light fitting LED 16 Watts including galvanised steel pole in built,lithium ion battery , solar panel ,charge controller with dust down sensor complete all as specified and as directed. (Excavation & earth work shall be measure separately)
