Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying clean river sand in trenches for cable protection including spreading, levelling, punning complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L for PCC 1:3;6, type C-2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of poles including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 80 mm bore GI pipe light grade with all fittings laid in trenches/Road crossing / on pole for cable protection complete all all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying 100 mm bore GI pipe light grade with all fittings laid in trenches /Road crossing / on pole for cable protection complete all all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Steel Tubular Swaged Poles Type 410-SP-55 (11 Metre long) including cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, cap, mild steel bolts, screws, etc. including applying two coats of black bituminous paint internally and externally upto planting depth and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium primer (externally from top of RCC copping) including painting of black & white alternate strip of 30cm each externally from ground level upto 1.2m and writing MES Pole No. with synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality) complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Earthwork and PCC will be measured and paid separately (b) Volume occupied by Steel Pole shall be deducted to derive the quantity of PCC.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint(Synthetic enamel) complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L anti-climbing device in spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round,square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F cable route indicator made out of 35x35x6mm angle iron 150mm clear height with 100mm embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block of size 200x200x200mm with letter MES HT cable suitably inscribed on CI circular plate 100mm dia 5mm thick welded with angle iron including necessary earth work and two coat of synthetic enamel paint brown colour over a coat of redoxide primer on steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing expulsion type drop out fuse unit suitable for 11000 volt and current rating upto 50 to 100 Amps shall be mounted on and including MS channel complete with two post insulator for 11000 volts including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts , washers, the exposed steel surface shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing triple pole mechanically operated air break isolator (GOD), vertical mounting, rotating type, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in all respect such as gun metal moving contacts and spring loaded gun metal fixed jaws, knife copper jumper strip etc, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, 50 Hz with 9 insulator of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, install, testing of lightening arrestor expulsion type complete with all fitings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for working voltage of 11 KV including all necessary fittings all as per IS-3070 Part-III and IEC 1994 including complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing HT 11 KV grade overhead lines on 11 meter steel poles with XLPE insulated AB cable 3-core 150 sq mm & 1-core 95 sq mm aluminium bare messenger conductor for hanging AB cable alongwith hanging materials like, GI J hook, clamp, eye bolt, nut bolt of suitable size, etc as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note for Srl Item No 27 to 30 :- (i) Three run of XLPE insulated 11 KV grade AB single core cable along with one run of bare aluminium messenger conductor shall be considered as 01 RM for measurement.
