M&L for cleaning/servicing of Micro filters, one is of paper type and another is thread type filter suitable for 2000 LPH RO plant and replacement of required internal parts in the interval of 02 months complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning & servicing of Activated carbon filter suitable for 2000 LPH RO plant complete with initial charge of graded filter sand and under bed material with internal distribution and collection systems with complete set of frontal pipe and valves i.e, outlet, drain, overflow, backwash lines and associatesd valves, pressure gauges including supporting lugs and fixing on floor complete as required with and including and replacement of required internal parts in the interval of 03 months complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Ortho Tolidine solution in 500ml bottle pack complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of anti scalent dozing system consisting on one HDPE tank of 100 litre capacity with a positive displacement diaphrame dosing pump having variable flow rate of (0-6 LPH), suitable for 2000 LPH RO plant, including motor suitable for operation at 240V, single phase , 50 Hz supply complete with necessary piping, valve, strainers & injection fitting for automatic dosing including testing and commisioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Ph booster suitable for 2000 LPH RO plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing and replacment of On line panel mounted digital TDS meter/Conductivity meter (range 0-1000 PPM) suitable for RO plant 2000 LPH complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of Hemisphere fountain including cleaning of fountain nozzles, adjustment of fountain nozzles for a precision effect, cleaning of pump suction wire mesh, testing of water proof luminaries, cleaning of toughened glass and heat resistant polyester/polycarbonate filter, tightening all electrical connections of control panel etc and complete testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply of fast acting pool clarifier to clear dull, hazy or cloudy water which can occure in newly filled pools , during warm weather, with pool start up or with algae growth packing 10 kg sealed plastic container complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of injection check valve 3/8" for repairing of chemical system at RO plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , fixing, testing and commissioning in replacement of three phase induction motor with pump cap 3 HP, 2.2 KW, 415 V, 50 Hz, suitable for 2000 LPH RO plant complete all as spcecifeid and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of connecting nuts 3/8" (Part No MNUTOO) for replacing of chemical system at RO plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only high strength dry free flowing and free from lumps solid chlorination medium,minimum chlorine strength 65% available in 40-45kg drums,Chemical name:-Calcium hypochlorite complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Water Proof light Luminaire for fountains make as per existing site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 3/8" white suction/discharge tubing (Part No MALT002) for repairing of chemical system at RO plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement pressure vessel suitable for sand & carbon filter of 2000 LPH RO plant, cylindrical type, outer shell epoxy fitment wound, inner shell polyethylene, max operating pressure 10 Bar , max operating temperature 49 degree celcius complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing / maintenance including repairs but excluding spares as required for following components of complete Altoc Dosing system installed at water point = 01 including following operations: (a) Dismantling of Altoc Dosing System complete part by part in MES yard/ workshop, cleaning of all the stationary and rotary parts,repairing to gear box and display the parts at site for inspection of Engr-in-Charge to ascertain the serviceability / unserviceability of plant and to ascertain the quantam of defects and repairs involved. (b) Transporting the defective parts to authorised dealer for repairs as decided by the Engnr-in-Charge and carrying out the needful repairs including replacement of defective unserviceable parts. (c) Assembling the Altoc Dosing System after repair/service and carrying out necessary test in presence of Engnr-in-Charge to establish functionability of the repaired plant upto the entire satisfaction of Engnr-in-Charge.

Supply of chlorine tablets contained in plastic cylindrical sealed disposible sanitiser refill (dia 2.5 inches ± 0.5 inches height 10 inches ± 0.5 inches)_ for disinfection of drinking water with arrangement for cotrolled release of disinfectant in water, suitable for operation through dosing system ie:- Declibac (Type Stequa 411 AE) eqvt. Note:- The product media should have heavy metal contaiminants below detectable limits & must pass the acute toxicity test (confirm to non toxicity for mammalian cells ) and safe for human health safety point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning & servicing of multi grade sand filter suitable for fixing in 2000 LPH RO plant with and including and replacement of required internal parts in the interval of 03 months complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing and replacement of flow meter to measure and control the flow of feed /product stream,reject stream suitable for RO plant 2000 LPH complete all specified and as directed.
