S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts and washers, in roof covering, walls cladding etc, with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting as obtained from dismantling of old sheets here in before with two corrugation side lap, fixed with & including 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in roof covering, wall cladding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600 mm with main runner 38 mm x 24 mm and wall angle 24mm x 24mm using 4mm thick High Pressure stean Crude Everest Non Asbestos Fiber Cement plain Board (E-Board Classic) in & including a grid of GI system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hanger fixed with providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid including taking out old ceiling of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section as in unframed work in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, in scantlings, clean sawn timber as in un framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling under 40sqcm in section in fillets, rails, rafter, purlins etc fixed with nails/screw etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood plain fillets sectional area exc 13 & n exc 25 sqcm, clean swan ,square,rectangular or triangular in section, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hardwood plain fillets sectional area exc 6 & nexc 13 sq.cm, clean swan ,square,rectangular or triangular in section, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 4mm thick vaneered decorative plywood, grade 1 (with BWR resin) with decorative face on one side fixed with nails to timber frame work including taking out old plywood of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 4mm thick, plywood, grade BWR,type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work fixed with nails to timber frame work on wall including taking out old plywood of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wood and wood based surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and treating two coats of varnishing over one coat of wood filler liquid transeparent complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old wood and wood based surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and treating one coat of varnishing complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood or wood based materials of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
