Technical Capacity
A valid electrical license is required, or the bidder must partner with a licensed electrical agency (willingness certificate required). Details of technical and administrative personnel, direct and indirect labor, construction equipment (including shuttering material), site organization chart, and curricula vitae for key personnel are required. A "No Deviation Certificate/Compliance to Tender or Bid Requirement" is also necessary.
Technical Specification
Exposed live parts must meet electrical and statutory safety codes. Minimum phase-to-earth, phase-to-phase, and section clearances must adhere to relevant IS codes. The contractor must arrange for operation and running of the electrical system for at least one month after completion. Layout of services, SLD/P&I diagrams, operating and maintenance instructions must be provided.
