The required prior work experience for the bidder involves having experience in "General Civil work with RCC structure" in any sector, which can be demonstrated through one of the following: (i) 01 (One) Similar Completed Work costing not less than Rs. 4.61 Cr. (inclusive of all taxes) OR, (ii) 02 (Two) Similar Completed Works each costing not less than Rs. 2.88 Cr. (inclusive of all taxes) OR, (iii) 03 (Three) Similar Completed Works each costing not less than Rs. 2.30 Cr. (inclusive of all taxes) The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder needs to provide details of similar nature works executed, indicating the value of work in each contract, along with self-attested documentary evidence. The bidder should submit a declaration confirming that they have not abandoned any contract awarded to them nor have such works been rescinded during the last five years prior to the date of application. Details of Eligible Similar Nature of Works Completed should be submitted in Form – C1. Project Under Execution or Awarded should be submitted in Form – C2. Performance Report of Works Referred to in Forms C1 & C2 should be submitted in Form - D.
