The required prior work experience for the bidder includes a minimum of 2-5 years depending on the category and type of engineer. Specifically, for certain categories, the requirements are: - One graduate Engineer with minimum experience of 5 years and one diploma Engineer with minimum experience of 5 years for category 'B', - One graduate Engineer with minimum experience of 3 years and one diploma Engineer with minimum experience of 5 years for category 'C', - One graduate Engineer with minimum experience of 2 years and one diploma Engineer with minimum experience of 3 years for category 'D'. The bidder should have executed a project for supply and installation/commissioning of same or similar category products during the preceding three financial years. The criteria for similar completed works are: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, - One similar completed work each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The values of similar works completed for each category are: - 'B': Three works costing not less than Rs.40 lakhs each, or Two works costing not less than Rs.50 lakhs each, or One work costing not less than Rs.80 lakhs each, or Average annual turnover for three consecutive years shall not be less than Rs.30 lakhs, - 'C': Three works costing not less than Rs.20 lakhs each, or Two works costing not less than Rs.25 lakhs each, or One work costing not less than Rs.40 lakhs, or Average annual turnover for three consecutive years shall not be less than Rs.15 lakhs, - 'D': Three works costing not less than Rs.10 lakhs each, or Two works costing not less than Rs.12.50 lakhs each, or one work costing not less than Rs.20 lakhs each, or Average annual turnover for three consecutive years shall not be less than Rs.7.5 lakhs. Additionally, for Class 'S', the bidder should have completed: - Three works costing not less than Rs.320 lakhs each, - Or two works costing not less than Rs.400 lakhs each, - Or one work costing not less than Rs.640 lakhs each, with an average annual turnover for three consecutive years not less than Rs.240 lakhs. For Class 'A', the bidder should have completed: - Three works costing not less than Rs.80 lakhs each, - Or two works costing not less than Rs.100 lakhs each, - Or one work costing not less than Rs.160 lakhs each, with an average annual turnover for three consecutive years not less than Rs.60 lakhs. The bidder should also have a financial capability of at least 30% of the value of the contract.
