SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (Building Work): Provn of 01 No 08 seated toilet & bath block at Lungwa COB of AR BN as per drg No.NLR(N)/Engr/21 sheet No. 1 /4 to 4/4. Toilet block be constrected as per drawing and as per following specifications:- (a) Surface excavation. (b) Earth work excavation for foundation of col and Brick wall. (c) Cement morter for full bk thick wall 1:6. (d) Cement morter 1:4 for half bk thick wall. (e) 15 mm thick 1:4 cm for both internal and external plaster. (f) Non skid glazed ceramic colored tiles of apporoved quality for flooring complete block over 20 mm thick cement morter using 1:4. (g) Non skid glazed ceramic tiles for skirting and dado. Ht up to 1.20 for latrine room, urinal, wash besin and 2.00 mtr ht for bathroom over 20 mm 1:4 CM. (h) PVC door shutter of 30 mm thick standard quality. (j) 2nd class hard wood to use for wood work. (k) 6 mm thick AC plain sheet and frame work as per drg/direction of Engr -in -Charge. (l) All wood works (hidden) shall be treated with creosote oil. (m) All steel work shall be painted two coats over a cost of primer. (n) Wood work shall be painted with two coats synthatical enamel paint over a coat of primer. (o) Internal wall shall be distempered two coat over a coat a primer and external wall shall be cement painted of two coats over a coat of primer. (p) Accesories of doors/windows shall be standard size, quality and quantity.
