Supply,install, test and commissioning LT panel outdoor, floor mounted/pedestal type, cubical, self supported, CPRI approved make, front and rear openable, double door hinged type with locking arrangement and suitable ventilations on both sides IP 52 protection with dust and vermin proof etc, fabricated out of 3.15mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated, mounted/fixed on and including MS angle iron stand of 1 Mtr height( 50Cm above FFL and 50Cm below FFL), fabricated out of 50x50x6mm thick MS angles duly painted with two coats of black enamel synthetic paint over one coat of red oxide primer duly grouted in PCC 1:3:6 of foundation, control wiring copper stranded PVC insulated FRLS cables & inter connections of suitable size/capacity of copper strips for switch gear connection from main bus bar, earth nbus strip of 25x3mm size for entire length of panel,suiytable size of MS gland with gland plate and aluminium lugs/thumbles for all incoming and outgoing cables etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in -charge including and accomodating the followings:

Notes for item No. 5 to 10: (a) The Contractor shall submit drawings from the approved OEM for approval of the GE through the Engineer-in-charge (b) The feeder pillar/panel shall include 2Nos. danger notice plates made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, of size 250x200mm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour duly fixed with nuts, bolts and washers, etc. with voltage and danger indicated both in Hindi and English (c) The feeder shall include electrolyitc aluminium bus bars as stipulated PVC coloured sleeves mounted on hygroscopic insulators duly colour coded and earth bar in 40x5mm GI strip and complete wiring including flush mounting rated CTs of size 96x96mm (d) Excavation, earthwork in any type of soil, construction of PCC foundation for panel shall be deemed included in quoted rate. Foundation specifics shall be as per OEM of panel. The Contractor shall submit foundation desgn drawings to attain approal of he GE (e) Foundation bed shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates with a depth of 15cm below ground level and 1.5m above ground level with stare and slot openings for I/C and O/G cables

Notes for serial item No. 33 to 36: (i) The cost of GI earth continuity wire / strip with GI pipe 20mm medium grade upto 7.5m is deemed to be included (ii) The earth chamber to be constructed 0.5m from edge of earth pit with necessary watering arrangement. The cost for the same is deemed to be included in above item (iii) Earthing shall produce desired earth resistance values as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
