Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, LT feeder pillar box/panel, CPRI approved, factory fabricated, outdoor type of size as per relevant IS, platform mounted, dust, weather and vermin proof, IP54 protection class, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA MS sheet and 50x50x5mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and suitable locking arrangement, internal wiring with 2.5sqmm PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor cable, IS-694 marked and internal connection from MCCBs, MCBs and TPN aluminium bus bar and extension links of rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of the respective MCCBs, TPN bus bar and extension links duly insulated with colour code heat shrinkable sleeves and shall be mounted on epoxy regin insulator to contactor not less than 10sqmm single core copper cable stranded copper conductor cable, IS-694 marked including and housing the following switchgears and components including dismantling and disposing off old unserviceable panel complete all as specified, as directed and as detailed hereinunder:

Notes for item No. 139: (a) The Contractor shall submit drawings from the approved OEM for approval of the GE through the Engineer-in-charge (b) The feeder pillar/panel shall include 2Nos. danger notice plates made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, of size 250x200mm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour duly fixed with nuts, bolts and washers, etc. with voltage and danger indicated both in Hindi and English (c) The feeder shall include electrolyitc aluminium bus bars as stipulated PVC coloured sleeves mounted on hygroscopic insulators duly colour coded and earth bar in 40x5mm GI strip and complete wiring including flush mounting rated CTs of size 96x96mm (d) Excavation, earthwork in any type of soil, construction of PCC foundation for panel shall be deemed included in quoted rate. The Contractor shall submit foundation desgn drawings to attain approal of he GE (e) Foundation bed shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates with a depth of 15cm below ground level and 1.5m above ground level with stare and slot openings for I/C and O/G cables

M&L for drilling and development of bore well by DTH method generally in accordance to IS 2800-1979 ( revised & ammended) in all kinds of soil and strata including electric logging keeping sufficient space for pea gravel packing including disposal of surplus soil within 100 mtr, well reaming and stabilizing of material and transportation of drilling rig and other T&P to the site , complete all as specified and as directed upto the following depth suitable for ERQ pipes of the following dia as catered in this work: Note : Casing pipe shall be arranged by the contractor and the same shall remain the property of the contractor after extraction.

200mm ( 8 inches) Bore hole:- From ground level to 200 mtr depth below ground level.

150mm ( 6 inches) Bore hole:- From 200mtr below ground level to 300 mtr depth below ground level.

Supply,assembling including lowering and fixing linear assembly or strainer etc in position ( net effective length shall only be measured and paid) cpmplete all as specified and as directed below:

Mild Steel ERW screwed and socketed housing pipes 200mm ( 8 inches) nominal bore having minimum 8 mm wall thickness confirming to IS :4270-2001 and all around welded with 4 Nos stiffener of flat iron 40x633, 300mm long.

Mild Steel ERW screwed and socketed housing pipes 150mm (6 inches) nominal bore having minimum 6.4 mm wall thickness confirming to IS :4270-2001 and all around welded with 4 Nos stiffener of flat iron 40x633, 300mm long.

Supply and assembling including lowering and fixing of MS reducer 200x150mm( 8x6 inches), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F housing pipe clamps made of MS flat 100x12 dor 200mm(8 inch) bore pipe with suitable nuts,boltsand washers, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pea gravel of size 2mm to 6mm around the linear assembly from bottom to ground level including continuous watering during development , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of well cap for 200mm ( 8 inch ) bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Development of tube well by means of pumping by air compressor of minimum pressure 10Kg/sqcm (compressor to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost), untill sand free and clean water is obtained at optimum yield as per satisfaction of Eng-in-charge, complet all as specified and as directed:-

Yield test for first 10hrs of development (collectively)

Subsequent development beyond 10 Hrs (if required)

Supply and fix strata sample box made of first class soft wood (Deodar) with glazed shutter and pigeon holes for depth sample at the interval of every 3m and supply of starta chart duly marked on 3mm thick laminated sheet of size 4 inch x 3 inxh giving complete details for display at installation site , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F bail plug for 150mm ( 6 inches) bore pipe , complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F flat iron 50x6mm centre guides of required sizeincluding welding to casing pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Testing of water from approved Govt Lab or instituin recognised by Govt collected from borewell while yield test for potability by doing chemical and bacteriological analysis as per standard norms and submission of test report to the entire satisfcation of Engineer-in-charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F submersible pump set (01No in broewell) for borewell with submersible motor water lubricated, electric driven , 3 pahse, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply of 10HP capacity suitable for 200mm dia borewell, complete, inlcuding lowering, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only submersible pump set as standby for borewell with submersible motor water lubricated, electric driven, 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz AC supply of 10HP capacity suitable for 200mm dia borewell complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F submersible flat cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed LT 1100 Volt grade with copper conductor 06 sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of U type iron strip suitable for submersible pump and column pipe welded both side with bolt of suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for heavy duty MS column pipe of 50mm dia flanged at both ends with jointing materials to be lowered into bore well with submersible pump, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for steel structure with pulley arrangement for shifting down and pulling up submersible pump including welding , cutting painting and grouting with PCC foundation, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductors, 1100V grade 4 core 10 Sqmm laid in trenches/fixed to wall/under road/drawn through pipes etc. with copper cable glands and copper thimbles complete all as specified and as directed Note: Excavation and earthwork will be measured and paid under respective items herein

M&L for fine dry river sand cushioning by laying 8cm thick layer below the cable for making soft bed and 15cm above the cable and then punning down to its consolidated thickness of 18cm after the cable is laid all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed Note: Only punned thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement purposes

Supply and laying burnt bricks of sub-class 'B' designation 75 of size 230x115x75mm laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for earthing using GI earthing wire with galvanised steel earth plate electode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level connection to and including GI earth lead wire 4mm dia extended to 7.5m as earth lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, etc. with provision of charcoal and salt all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including water arrangement with GI pipe 20mm dia (medium grade), earth lead protection pipe 15mm light grade with bends, elbow, etc. from earth plate to test point, excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling, ramming and removing of soil to distance not exceeding 50m, make good to match with existing surface making PCC pit (earth chamber) having internal size 300x300x300mm and outer size 600x 600x600mm with RCC reinforced cover 50mm thick and testing on completion including making test points on wall as per SSR specifications complete all as specified and as directed

Notes for serial item No. 51: (i) The cost of GI earth continuity wire / strip with GI pipe 20mm medium grade upto 7.5m is deemed to be included (ii) The earth chamber to be constructed 0.5m from edge of earth pit with necessary watering arrangement. The cost for the same is deemed to be included in above item (iii) Earthing shall produce desired earth resistance values as directed by the Engineer-in-charge
