Construction of ADSS optical fiber (OFC) route including supply, erection and fixing of poles with stay arrangement slinging /laying of ADSS including fixing of accessories on pole for End-Links extended from DNL fibre from Seling to Champhai , Mizoram BA . (Route Length = 6.9 KM )

(a) Galvanized steel poles Supplying of 7.00m height Swaged pole (Suspension pole /intermediate poles) as per IS : 2713/1986 (Part I-III) & 410 SP-3 using Tubes of 4.00m high/114.30 mm outer dia.,5.40 mm thick at bottom/1.50 m high ,88.90 mm outer dia. and 4.85 mm thick at middle & 1.50 m high /76.10 mm outer dia./3.25 mm thick height at top respectively weight 85 kg for each pole including welding of bottom plate of size 0.25m X 0.25m and 6mm thick and total provisions for fixing of necessary accessories /fittings/ GI pipe spike at top and making holes in pole for fixing earthing wire etc. complete as per drawing /design and supplying of RCC MUFF of 1500 mm long, 450mm (ID) and 520 mm (OD) (The MUFF is to be supplied as per IS 458:2003, Class: NP2) i/c loading, unloading transporting and laying at site etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

(b)Galvanized steel poles Supplying of 8.00m height Swaged pole (Tension pole at termination /dead ends/intermediate) as per IS : 2713/1986 (Part I-III) & 410 SP-13 using Tubes of 4.50m high/139.70 mm outer dia./4.50 mm thick at bottom/1.75 m high , 114.30 mm outer dia. and 3.65 mm thick at middle & 1.75 m high /88.90 mm outer dia./3.25 mm thick height at top respectively weight 101 kg for each pole including welding of bottom plate of size 0.25m X 0.25m and 6mm thick of and provisions for fixing of necessary accessories/spike /fittings and making holes for fixing earthing wire etc. complete as per drawing /design and supplying of RCC MUFF of 1500 mm long, 450mm (ID) and 520 mm (OD) (The MUFF is to be supplied as per IS 458:2003, Class: NP2) i/c loading , unloading transporting and laying at site etc complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
