M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles Light shade 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles as in skirting, dado and risers to steps, etc over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.50 sqm but not exc 4.00 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame),complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodised powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.75 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading, lock, screws etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing sheet glass ordinary quality 5.50mm thick glazing in square/ rectangle n exc 0.50 sqm each pane with oil putty or aluminium beads fixed to steel etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodised (powder coated) Three track sliding window frame with shutters with ( 2 nos glazed and one wire gauzed shutter)including all necessary jointing cleats, hold fast, rubber gasket, snap beading and locking arrangements fixed with screws to wall etc. complete and glazing with and including 4 mm thick sheet glass to aluminium frame work using rubber gasket and including stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm dia & average width of aperture 1.40mm with staple or suitable fillets wire mesh fitted with screws and washers etc including aluminium grill of thickness 5mm and opening not exceeding 75mmx75mm complete with the following section of frame and shutter:- (A) Sections for shutter (i) 'H' section 39 x 20 x 1.20 mm thick (ii) 'Interlock' section 39 x 20 x 1.20 mm thick (iii) 'Edge & Bottom' section 41 x 20 x 1.20 mm thick (B) Section for frame (i) Top & Sides 92 X 29.50X 1.20mm thick (ii) Bottom 92 X 29.70 X 1.20mm thick complete all as specified and directed .

S & F in repair 20mm dia mild steel chromium plated tubular decorative curtain rod complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair decorative brackets suitable for curtain rod of 20mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Green Marble 16 to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of marble over and including 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, chajja, fins, facia etc any height mixed with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 500 kg of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Water proofing compound shall be mix with 2nd layer only measured and paid separately under relevant item. (b) Cost of scaffolding of any height shall be included in this item. (c) Rendering will be done in two layers. 1st layer will be 10 mm thick and 2nd layer will be 5 mm thick. .

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling/chajja finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (any colour/tint) over a coat of primer and 1 mm thick wall care putty on ceiling surfaces including rubbing with emmery paper to make wall surface smooth and even, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old plastered surface of wall and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing finishes and treating with two coats of oil emulsion distemper (any colour/tint) over a coat of primer and 1 mm thick wall care putty including rubbing with emery paper to make ceiling surface smooth and even complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair and even with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking down of existing roof treatment from roof and terrace, roughening surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and applying roof treatment with the following steps and specifications:- a) Applying cement slurry over concrete surfaces @3kg/sqm. b) Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or @ 200ml per 50 Kg of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof (levelling course). c) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @0.25 litres per sqm conforming to IS : 3384-1986. d) Applying evenly one coat of blown hot bitumen of grade 85/25@ 1.20Kg square metre on primed surfaces. e) A layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 kg/m2 reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. f) Applying evenly one coat of aluminium paint @ 0.10litre per square metre over the APP based polymeric membrane.

Material and labour for complete/Partial removal of loose/cracked concrete including cutting of reinforcement at Single/Double/Triple storey if required from RCC roof projection, chajja, fins, facia etc and applying bonding agent as per manufacture instruction and making good with RCC (1:1.5:3) type A0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) in any slab and in any position finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary formwork and welding/binding of reinforcement if required complete as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- (1) reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items, (2) Rate shall be inclusive of bonding agent; make of bonding agent: Fosroc nitobond EP, Sika hibond, Pidilite 301 pidicrete URP. (3) The rate shall be inclusive of Scaffolding if required.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing false ceiling of designer tile ivory/white painted (high pressure steam cured ) of 4mm thick (as per IS: 14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design (cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel section (galvanized @120gms both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs)consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made of 0.3mm thick sheet spaced at 1200mm c/c and cross T of size 15x32mm made of 0.3mm sheet 1200mm long spaecd between main T at 600mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross T of length 600mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.3mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x22x0.40mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including required cutting/making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc.Main T runners to be suspended from trusses/ceilings using suitable suspension arrangement as per manufacturers instructions/literature. GI adjustable wire of 4mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips spaced at 1200mm c/c along main T bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T section of 4mm dia GI wire shall be pre-painted with polyster paint and black painted groove at centre of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width, including taking down old false ceiling board of any description alongwith rails and connecting items all complete at all heights as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Cutting opening in cement concrete/brick/block wall (any descript-ion) for door, window and other openings (with or without reveals) or enlarging existing openings, including trimming surfaces to receive rendering, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC( Nominal Mix) Type B-1(1:2:4) (using 20mm aggregate) in beams, cantilevers,lintels, columns pillars,piers, posts, struts,chullah hoods, stair case,arches, domes, vaults,shell roofs, arch ribs,folded plates, slabs,balconies, canopies, deckslabs etc. or in similar articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC( Nominal Mix) Type B-1(1:2:4) (using 20mm aggregate) as in slab, chajjas and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffit of beams, lintels, cantilevers, shelves etc for rough finished surface ,complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work;not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling CGI corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or roof coverings and hanger doors including ridges and make good for earthing strips after fixing of sheets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating PPGL based corrugated/Trapezoidal steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating PPGL based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, eaves board, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unsv copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. to be measured separately) and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc with its original specification complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully MCB DBs SP/TP by unscrewing from main switch boards/cut out boxes and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit including sealing the cable ends and making good disturbed surface of wall etc as per existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring for the followings with 1.5 sqmm single core, nominal cross sectional area PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor drawn through concealed Conduit wiring including necessary accessories like bends, tees, PVC square and elbow etc fixed on wall/ceiling with 1.5 Sqmm PVC FRLSH insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth conitinuity (green in colour) connected to common earth dolly including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable sizes with plastic laminated white/coloured top sheet cover 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed as below :- Note :- Rate for Cutting, chieseling and making good the existing surface for complete wiring is deemed to be included in quoted rate all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one,one way switch.

(b) One 3 Pin 5 Amps socket out let point on independent board.

(c) One 3 Pin 5 Amps socket out let point on same board alongwith other suitable switches.

Material & labour for Sub main wiring with two runs of single core, FRLSH 6 sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed multi-standed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volts grade drawn through PVC casing capping of adequate size fixed on surfafce of wall/ceiling with all necessary fittings and accessaries and 1 run of FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed insulated single core cable with multi standered copper conductor of size 6 sqmm as earth wire (green in colour) run through casing capping and connected common earth dolly including taking out the old sub main wiring. Note : Two run of 6 Sqmm cable, one run of casing capping and one run of 6 Sqmm earth continuity wire for connection to DBs/dolly shall be deemed to be included in this item and shall be measured as one run complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways and one handle for lifting made with 10 mm dia mild steel bar, funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised (light grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-I including taking out the old earthing material complete all as specified and directed.
