Material and labour for soakage wells excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonry in Cement Mortar 1:4, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/ DWC complete filled with brick bats of size 1.2 mtr dia x 3 mtr effective depth complete as per TD drawing No AF/TD/STRU/236 Sheet No 1/2 and 2/2.

Material and labour for anodised aluminium door and chowkhats made out of hollow extruded aluminium section as mentioned below. Each door shall be provided with 02 Nos disc or D type aluminium handles, 02 Nos aluminium tower bolts 200 mm long, one brass mortice lock of six levers with key in duplicate and shall be regulated by provided double action hydraulic floor door spring/hydraulic door closer. Shutter to be partly glazed with and including 5 mm thick tinted glass and partly panelled with and including 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board with decorative laminations on both sides, rubber beading/gasket, anodised aluminium beading, screws complete in all respect all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Material and labour for fabrication & fixing of anodised aluminium window sliding type three track system with frame of weight not less than 1.17 kg/rm and sliding section for shutter frame all round with aluminium section of weight not less than 0.42 kg/rm including all necessary aluminium fitting , all three pannels and including 5 mm (min.) thick selected quality tinted glass and aluminium Deco Grill-104 as approved by GE fixed with stranded aluminium channel outside with and including handle, cleat, glazing clip, lock, dry set, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified & directed. Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of sheet glass, Deco grill etc. (ii) The pattern of three way track window shall be as per TD drg given in the list of drawing MAKE : (i) Anodised aluminium section : JINDAL/ HINDALCO/ INDALCO (ii) Glass : Saint Gobin/ Modi Guard/ TATA.

Material and labour for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion (antifungal and weather proof) paint camouflage pattern over a coat of external primer complete all as specified.

Supply and fix, Drapery Rods, fancy type, made of mild steel conduits with PVC insulation, 20 mm bore having fancy end knobs at each end, fixed with rawl plug to wall as in curtain rods complete all as directed by Engineer-In- Charge. Note:- Quality and design shall be approved by GE after physical verification.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated copper conductor (solid) served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 3 core 4 sqmm nominal cross section in service connections. Supply and fix 10W LED surface mounted downlighter with white powder coated aluminum housing with integrated electronic driver and all accessores complete all as directed. Supply, installation, testing & commissioning CPRI approved outdoor cubical type LT feedr pillar box suitable for 415V, 3 phase , 4 wire 50 Hz, AC supply system fabricated outer shell from MS sheet 3mm thick and MS angle of size 50x50x6 mm frame front and back openable single door system lockable /openable by keys from both sides having lock system totally enclsoed dust, weather & vermin proof having and inner shell 2mm thick made of MS sheet compartmentlised for each control gear front openable single door system lockable/openable by keys having louvers and air vent gaskets for natural flow of Air. 'U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accomodate incommer/outgoing MCCBs and TPN copper busbars of rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB. TPN busbar and extension link shall be insulated with color coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on suitable size SMC insulator at suitable inteval throghout the length of TPN busbar. supported on SMC insulator, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x50mm x5mm thick, entire panel shall have a common aluminium earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connections from main bus bar to switchgears with required size of copper bus bars. All control wiring with minimum 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable, cable alleys, cable gland, plates in two half and general construction confirming to IS:8623/93. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone & skull be provided on the busbar chamber and front of outer shell and The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54 and mounted on suitable PCC foundation. A detechable pre drilled gland plate of thickness 3mm should be used at bottom shell. Provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom & lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillat box safely shall be made. Indicating lamps LED type, 230volts, AC at the incomer of the unit to show three phase availability at the outgoing of incomer including tamper proof digital meter to measure voltage, current with CT & PT (Make- Secure/L&T/HPL/Schneider). An inspection lamp with 5 watt LED bulb shall be fitted on top side of inner shell. (d) Enamelled iron danger notice plate of 1.60 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 200 mm X 150mm , white with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with nuts and bolts on door / shutter of JB for LT -01 No.
