Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering in two layers (10+5) mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, chajja, fins, facia etc upto any height mixed with water proofing compound (ISI marked) @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note :- (a) Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (b) Cost of scafolding upto any height of building for rendering is included in this item. (c) Rendering will be done in two layers. 1st layer will be 10 mm thick and 2nd layer will be 5 mm thick mixed with WPC. .

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (any colour/tint) over a coat of primer on wall surfaces including rubbing with emmery paper to make wall surface smooth and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing finishes and treating with two coats of oil emulsion distemper (any colour/tint) over a coat of primer including rubbing with emmery paper to make wall surface smooth and even complete all as directed and specified.

Material & Labour for Preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces,Complete all as specified and as directed.

Two run of 6 Sqmm cable one run of casing capping and one run of 6 Sqmm earth continuity wire for connection to DBs/dolly shall be deemed to be included in this item and shall be measured as one run complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixig of LED building security light fittings in aluminium PDC housing, toughened glass cover, individual LEDs with secondary optics, covered with IP66 protection with inbuilt surge protection of minium 5KV and repair/replacement warranty of minium 3 years of capacity 35/36 W including GI bracket of 40mm pipe all as specified and directed.
