Removing of surplus soil not exceeding 50 m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point ,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type 'B-2' (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC(1:3:6) type 'C-2' (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular vertical post including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161 – 1979 grade St – 240 ,complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto- as per item No-09- but as in truss and purlin,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of a colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self taping screws ,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new and previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cmwidth or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry Type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded aggregate) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6),complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

Hardcore of brocken Stone of gauge n exc 63mm deposited,spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick,watered and rammed to a true surface,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6), 20 mm thick for as in floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and no pigments 30 cm x 30 cm x25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to be laid over screed bed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Endura Tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 10mm thick, suitable for hi-turf external tiles, anti skid, scratch resistance and neutral to UV rays and acid/ alkali resitance as in floor over and including 15mm thick cement sand screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) Type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Slab,chajjas and similar work ,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips,complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work;not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix half round color coated UPVC gutter/runner drop for rain water drain in bldgs of size not exceeding 150 mm with firmly attached downpout of suitable size discharging strom water into PVC SWR pipe of 110 mm dia and similar works etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubberring joints fixed to walls 110mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius all as specified & directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type C1 using 12.50 mm graded aggregate as in surface channel and drain all as specified and directed.

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-standed copper FRLSH conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No. in and including medium grade, PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked with valid CML No (IS-9537-1983 for conduits and IS:3419:1976 for conduit accessories), including PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 1.5Sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core cable as earth contrinuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site for the following all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Sub main wiring with two runs of single core 6 Sqmm (Nominal Area) FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed multi standed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volts grade drawn thorugh into PVC non metallic rigid conduit including PVC insulated standed copper condutor nominal cross section area as under contiunuous earth continuity wire complete all as specified. Two run of 6 Sqmm cable one run of casing capping and one run of 6 Sqmm earth continuity wire for connection to DBs/dolly shall be deemed to be included in this item and shall be measured as one run complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of LED building security light in aluminium PDC housing, toughened glass cover, individual LEDs with secondary optics, covered with IP66 protection with inbuilt surge protection of minium 5 KV and repair/replacement warranty of minium 3 years of capacity 35/36W including GI bracket of 40mm pipe all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by galvanised iron pipe 15 mm bore (light grade) and connected to earth test point and including cement concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and pre-cast RCC cover slab of size 540 x 540 x 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways and one handle for lifting made with 10 mm dia mild steel bar,funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised (medium grade) for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary execuation and earth works in any types of soil complete all as shown on Electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-I including, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

M&L for common burnt clay building bricks (locally available best quality), sub-class ‘B’ designation 75 of size 230x115x75 mm to cover LT underground cables , laid dry and flat complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair, 40mm bore GI tubing "light grade" in trenches/ on pole for protectin of cables complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power UG cable (heavy duty), aluminium stranded conductor 1100 volts grade size 25 sqmm 3.5 core, laid through duct/pipe /in trench etc. including cable glands & lugs complete all as specified and directed.
