Supply , Install and testing Hi wall , Split units indoor/ outdoor Air conditioner of capacity 1.50 Ton ,BEE 5 star rating complete with cordless remote control unit with built in heating and cooling ( all weather ) arrangement in built with air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality including necessary electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in- Charge. Make : Voltas / Samsung / Hitachi / Daikin / LG.

Supply and install Voltage stablizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type and designed for input variation between 130 V to 300 V with output stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% , suitable for operating 1.5 Ton Split air conditioner (AC) 4 KVA etc complete all as specified and as directed.Make:- V-Guard Cat part no. VGX 400 or equivalent make in Sen & Pandit / L&T.

M&L Point wiring with single runs PVC insulated FRLSH grade, 1100V grade cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) (ISI Marked) drawn in and including PVC Casing capping of suitable size with all fittings and accessories including PVC rectangular board of suitable size and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated FRLSH grade, unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm (ISI Marked) as continuous earth wire terminated in and including sunken box for following type of point wiring including making good disturbed of wall complete all as specified in SSR Part-I, 2009 and Part-II, 2010 and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge for one light point / one 3 pin socket outlet 5/6 Amps and one bell point on independent board controlled by one one way switch.

Supply & fixing and testing Power flow Exhaust fan, , single phase, AC, 230/240V of 300 mm sweep , including cutting holes in existing brick or concrete wall of appropriate size , supply & grouting 04 nos 100 mm long 12 mm dia GI stud bolt and making good to disturbed surfaces with cement plaster in cement sand mortar (1:4) with matching colour wash or distemper etc complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix AC single phase static energy meter of accuracy class 1.0, 240 V , 50 Hz with backlit LCD display of rating 5-30 A, ( measures and displays KWH 'V' current I, KW pf last month history of KWH, MD in KW) with special features like TOD, temper logging, optical communication port display in absence of power with transparent hinge type box etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge. Make : L&T cat part no. WM101BC7DDH or HCL cat part no SPPL1321120002ME03 or equivalent make in Schneider / Legrand.

Supply and fix AC three phase static energy meter of accuracy class 1.0, 240 V , 50 Hz with backlit LCD display of rating 10-60 A, ( measures and displays KWH 'V' current I, KW pf last month history of KWH, MD in KW) with special features like TOD, temper logging, optical communication port display in absence of power with transparent hinge type box etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in- Charge. Make : HCL cat part no TPPL1521130000ME1 or equivalent make in Schneider / Legrand /L&T.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two run single core 4.0 sqmm ZHFR, ISI marked PVC insulated multi stranded, unsheathed copper conductor cable and one single core unsheathed FRLSH , ISI marked, PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm green colour as earth lead including PVC casing capping of suitable size complete all as specified and directed, .(Note: (i) Two runs of 4.0 sqmm cable , one run of earth wire of 4.0 sqmm and one run of PVC casing capping shall be measured as one length. (ii) Cutting of chases in the wall of appropriate size shall be carried out with electric cutter machine . (iii) Disturbed surfaces of wall shall be made good with cement sand plaster (1:4) including necessary colour wash / distempering to match the existing colour .).Make- Cable- KEI / RR cable / Havells, PVC Casing Capping- Presto plast /Finolex / Kalinga.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out etc complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 Cm thick as in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning with dry clean river sand for protection/covering of under ground cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Punned thickness only shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying Sub class 'B' well burnt brick, laid flat in trenches as protection to LT XLPE cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC, type B-1, (1:2:4, using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping / benching incl wheathering slightly chamfered on edge and finishes exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC, type D-2, (1:4:8, using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete for stay and poles including necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying , connecting and testing XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanized steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volt grade of size 10 Sqmm 4.0 Core laid in trenches / duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole 9.0 mtr long type 410 SP-22 complete with cast iron base plate and final taper plug duly painted with anti corrosive paint internally and externally and upto 1.5 m length of pole above ground level (externally) shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in strips of 30 Cm length, black and yellow alternatively and balance of pole with two coats of aluminium paint including dismantling of old unserviceable steel tubular pole of any size with necessary disconnection of electric wire, fitting and fixtures etc as required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F two run single core 2.5 sqmm FRLSH, ISI marked PVC insulated multi stranded, unsheathed copper conductor cable and one single core unsheathed FRLSH , ISI marked, PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm green colour as earth lead including PVC casing capping of suitable size , drawn through steel tubular pole and connecting up with proper copper terminals for connection between looping box and light fitting with PVC conduit medium grade 20 mm dia fixed on pole with suitable clamps , nuts, bolts & washers complete all as specified and directed, .(Note: (i) Two runs of 2.5 sqmm cable , one run of earth wire of 1.5 sqmm and one run of PVC casing capping shall be measured as one length. .Make- Cable- KEI / RR cable / Havells, PVC Casing Capping- Presto plast /Finolex / Kalinga.

Supply and fix brackets made out from light grade GI steel tube 32mm dia not more than 1.5m length and bend at 120 degree to shape , fixed on pole / wall for LED Street light fitting etc complete inclusive all necessary fixing arrangements such as MS clamps of size 25 x 3 mm size , nuts, bolts etc duly two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide pripe on steel surfaces including necessary preparation etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made IP-65 (Dust and power jet proof according to IEC 60529) opaque street light junction box of size 200 mm x 160 mm x 98 mm made of high quality polycarbonate (shock proof, rust free, corrosion free acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant having high impact (IK 08) totally insulated made of halogen and silica free recyclable material, UV resistant having high grade gasket made of polyurethane with copper terminal , MCB SP 6 Amps rating 10 KA with locking arrangement and 2 Nos M40 size cable gland and one M32 size gland suitable up to 25 Sqmm cable etc complete all as specified and as directed. S&F factory made IP 65 Timelite street light distribution board with MCB 3 Pole 32 Amps, 230 volts, C type 10 kA and astronomical digital time switch and connector , 440 volts, totally insulated, with three PVC cable gland for cable size 10 sqmm and fixing on pole with MS flat iron of size 20 x 3 mm with necessary nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Indo Asian cat. No. TL032DBO or equivalent model from Make Legrand /BCH.
