Supply and fix aluminium anodised (powder coated) Three track sliding window frame with shutters with ( 2 nos glazed and one wire gauzed shutter)including all necessary joining cleats, hold fast, rubber gasket, snap beading and locking arrangements fixed with screws to wall etc. complete and glazing with and including 5 mm thick plain glass to aluminium frame work using rubber gasket and including stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm dia & average width of aperture 1.40mm with staple or suitable fillets wire mesh fitted with screws and washers etc including aluminium deco grill of thickness 5mm and opening not exceeding 75mmx75mm etc completee with the following section of frame and shutter (A) Sections for shutter (i) 'H' section 39 x 20 x 1.50 mm thick (ii) 'Interlock' section 39 x 20 x 1.50 mm thick (iii) 'Edge & Bottom' section 41 x 20 x 1.50 mm thick (B) Section for frame (i) Top & Sides 92 X 29.50X 1.50mm thick (ii) Bottom 92 X 29.70 X 1.50mm thick complete all as specified and directed . Note:- (a) Quoted Rate are deemed to inclusive of taking down window of any size and any description and making good to match the existing surface as per existing sch of finishes.

Material and labour for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface of 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including and over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, size/colour as per approved by Engr-in-charge including dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for non skid ceramics tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm as in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed/bedding layer in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the existing floor including dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete above ground floor and pavings exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) unreinforced complete, and provn of 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete/block surfaced finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement ,applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surface as in sunken ,50 micron polythene film black laid in sunken portion and lean concrete (1;7:12) Type F2 laid, as in sunken floor of average depth n. exc. 0.45 mtr complete all as directed and specified Note: 1. WPC shall not be measured and paid separtely. 2. Rate inclusive of plastering, bitumen application, polythene film will be applied in the whole portion of sunken treatment.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on surfaces of walls with wall putty of 1.0 mm thick wherever requried as per direction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Wall Putty will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour for 1 mm thick internal wall putty on wall/Ceiling surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S/F in repairs vitreous china "ORISSA PATTERN" with 'P' or 'S' trap size squatting pan incl foot rest of size as approved by Engr-in-charge inclusive of flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including bracket, PVC connection of 15 mm dia and 450 mm and waste pipe of 32 mm dia inclduing , white colour of approved make complete all as specified and directed.and flush pipe.

M&L 75mm PVC (SWR) floor trap, with grating including jointing with solvent cement,

Supply & Fixing in repairs vitreous china urinal half stall type white including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2 securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws pointing around urinal back in cement fixing only flushing cistern with brackets including waste pipe etc.

S&F in repair wash hand basin, white flat back of size as approved by Engr-in-charge including piller tap ,waste cupling, PVC connection of 15 mm dia of length 600 mm dia , waste pipe and bracket etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15/20mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store and S&F CPVC pipes 20 mm outer diameter of SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 and fittings as in walls, ceiling, floor, etc. complete all as specified. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including all necessary fitting etc complete.

M&L Glazed and skeleton shutters 35 mm thick open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chemfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a); for doors supplied and fitted to chowkats preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003(Part-I) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm PVC sheet on back face, fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing, all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge
